The error code on a blue screen after startup (after loading win7 logo) is:
STOP: c000021a {fatal system error}
Installed Win7 Ultimate x 64.
My bios version is 1.80
Someone has any idea how to solve this problem?

My pc runs xp edition media with a processor intel dc. I had to reformat using recovery discs cleaning all ok using microsoft update until after that load successfully and the installation of Service pack 3. Start theres a brief flash of B.S.O.D. then it goes straight to load the page option of safe mode. Startup journal raises a whole series of errors. drivers of not start tearing my hair on it!

My Vista system was crushed, tried everything, but finally resorted to a recovery of the original factory image off the coast of the hard drive Partition. The error is IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
I guess that's somehow connected to the tv tuner card.
I tried to restore the system - not good. After the restoration for some time, it was OK. But then again appeared BSOD.

My elderly father has a Toshiba Satellite C850-1MC laptop - (Intel Pentium B960 2.2 GHz, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB, 15.6 "HD LED, DVDRW, Intel HD, Webcam, Bluetooth, Windows 8 64-bit).
