• Since the upgrade to v. 13 Yahoo mail continues to "your session has expired".

  Firefox auto upgrade to ver 13 today. now, every 15-20 minutes my yahoo mail keeps popping up the message "sorry, your session has expired. To protect your account, you must confirm your account periodically.

  ExportPDF converts PDF files to Word and Excel formats (and many others). What you describe, sounds like you are trying to convert a file * to * PDF. Have you ever started a trial of Acrobat, maybe? (So that you can create PDFs with Acrobat, ExportPDF don't allow you to convert files to PDF.)

  When I try to use my installed recently bought the version of Photoshop CS5, the message arrives that my trial of Photoshop CS5 Extended has expired.

  So, I tried to remove all of the Photoshop files and reinstalling.  Same question.

  I spent the time on the phone with Adobe customer service today and they had me do was the same as above, once again.  I always get the same message that my trial of Photoshop CS5 Extended has expired and I want to buy it now.  How can I get rid of this false window blocking me?

  The difference between Photoshop and Photoshop Extended is the serial number. The installation is exactly the same, so no amount of uninstall then reinstall will not make a difference here. When you enter your serial number, Photoshop decide at that time here if it will be extended or not.
