  I have Windows Vista Home premium on my laptop with MS office 2007. Yesterday, I installed the version of MS office 2010 beta (with option to keep 2007 MS office).   Yesterday, I downloaded the Windows Vista Service Pack 2.  Now, 10 minutes after turning on my computer, my internet browser and all other open windows will be freezes and I have to manually turn off the computer.   I was forced to repeat this cycle about 10 times already.  I tried the system restore, but it was a mistake not identified, so that the system could not be restored successfully.  I also tried to uninstall the Service Pack, but that no longer works.  Help, please.

  Looks like trying to install a Service Pack. Please follow these steps:
  1) click on the round of departure
  (2) in the search field, type msinfo.32
  (3) under programs, click msinfo32.exe
  (4) for the charge of Information System, look next to the Version in the right frame.

  I just installed an iMicro Bluetooth adapter on my computer, and then I wanted to restart my computer.   You need to uninstall the printer and make sure you have the latest drivers from the manufacturer of the printer and then reinstall the pritner.
