  (1) do you have because of recent changes, after which the problem occurred?

  The first thing I would say is to update or rather uninstall and reinstall display drivers and who might have to deal with the issue.

  Also I suggest you try to use another monitor to see if it is not a problem with the monitor.

  Let us know if the problem persists after the driver updates.

  Follow the steps below to print using black ink only:

  1. from the application used to print, click the file menu and select print.
  The print window is displayed.
  NOTE: The print window might be minimized: click the blue triangle next to product model (Mac OS X v10.5 or v10.6) or the button view details (Mac OS X v10.7 or 10.8) to display all of the available settings.

  2. to access the color options, click in the area of selection below, listed as the name of the program (e.g. TextEdit)
  Will appear as Copies & Pages within Microsoft Office applications.

  3. Select Type/quality paper in the menu dropdown.

  4. click the triangle next to color Options of spending parameters.

  5. set the color to grayscale field.

  6. set the Mode to grayscale in black cartridge only.

  You can save the settings for later use by clicking preset > save current settings as preset.

  You can select the entire document and fill set to None and the race to the black, both at the bottom of the Toolbox.

• Pencil tool switches between black and white colors

  I've been using the pencil tool in Photoshop for a while, but he started to behave differently.

  When I have the foreground color, white color, and black background, the pencil tool draws in black.   Uncheck Auto clear in the options toolbar and see if that makes a difference.

  For the display, go to: Apple > system preferences > accessibility > display and uncheck Use grayscale.

  First of all, check if you are able to print black and white photo viewer.

  Then, run an auditor of system files (sfc scan) on your computer in order to replace the files corrupted on your computer.

  1. click on the Start button

  2. on the Start Menu, click all programs followed by accessories

  3. in the menu accessories, right-click on command line option

  4. in the drop-down menu that appears, click the "Run as Administrator" option

  5 If you have the enabled User Account Control (UAC) you will be asked to consent to the opening of the command line. You simply press the button continue if you are the administrator or insert password etc.

  6. in the command prompt window, type: sfc/scannow then press enter

  7. a message is displayed to indicate that "the analysis of the system will start.

  8. be patient because the analysis may take some time

  9. If all the files need replace SFC will replace them. You may be asked to insert your Vista DVD for this process to continue

  10. If all goes although you should, after the analysis, see the following message "Windows resource protection not found any breach of integrity.

  11. once the scan is finished, close the command prompt window reboot the computer and check if the problem persists.

  I use MS 7 and have the same problem.  Older printers enabled you to change the color and the paper size on the fly.   I love b & w most of the time, but sometimes want to color.  Now, I can not find how to switch between.  Cannot HP fix the software to include simple things like the paper of the color/size changes (and also the envelope D * on the 8600 is absolutely ridiculous) as a loyal user of HP in the past, I won't buy another HP unless it changes!  These developers do not use the printer on a daily basis or consult a person who?

  I have Photoshop CS5 12.1 x 64 on a MacBook Pro with OS 10.10.5 with a Canon Pixma MP560 printer. Until a few minutes ago, has been printing very good Photoshop, but now it prints all graphics in black and white color. Before posting this request, I tried the printer on several other applications, including Word, Firefox and Adobe Acrobat, and all are printed correctly.   I can't paint directly because parts of the background are not drawn parts.

  (2) when I export the InDesign file to PDF, I put a predefined for the entire magazine PDF to convert output in black and white?

  What do you think is the best thing to do? Furthermore, how can I convert a PDF in black and white color?
