Satellite L655D - user profile service does not load

I was not able to log in to my partner on a new user account, guard showing the message user profile service does not-
I have already tried to use face recognition, but was not able to configure it correctly and delete the account.

The problem of user accounts has been present since I deleted the account of recognition of faces.

Any ideas how I can restore the user account created for someone else on this computer.

    This error can occur if the group policy setting "do not connect to users with temporary profiles" is configured.

    To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

    1 delete the profile by using the computer properties dialog box. To do this, follow these steps:

    a. Click Start, right-click computer and then click Properties.
    b. click on change settings.
    c. in the System Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
    d. under user profiles, click settings.
    e. in the user profiles dialog box, select the profile you want to delete, click on remove and then click OK.
     
    2. Click Start, type regedit in the start search box and then press ENTER.

    3. Locate, and then expand the following registry subkey:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

    4 right-click the SID that you want to delete and then click on remove.

    5 log on to the computer and create a new profile.

    One of the fastest ways did a system restore to a date prior to the issue. Start in Safe Mode - once in safe mode, start / all programs, accessories, system to System Restore tools. Choose a restore date.

    First line of action is to do a system restore, if you remember a 'good' date when you didn't have a problem. Use this good date as your restore point.
    Do and go to safe mode to restore your system:
    Here's how to get safe mode:

    Shut down your computer > turn it back on and immediately and repeatedly tab key F8 until you see a black and white screen. The top/down arrow and select Safe Mode.

    System Restore:
    Start button > Search box, type system restore > press the Enter key > uac prompt > click on choose a different restore point > next > select dates as your restore point, until the click > next > finish
    To sit and wait. The machine restarts when it's done.
