Satellite L70-A-K5S bluetooth mouse is not responding

I used LaserTravel Logitech bluetooth mouse V470 for a few years with Toshiba Satellite P300 (Windows Vista).

Now, I upgraded to a-L70-K5S and reconnected the mouse for this laptop.
After using it for a few minutes, the mouse is no longer in effect.

If I pass/enable the mouse, it works fine. Sometimes he wakes himself.
I tried to install the software of Logitech (SetPoint), does not help.

When I reconnect the mouse to the old Satellite it works fine.
The mouse is supposed to be supported in Windows 8.

Maybe the batteries BT goes out for some reason?
Any ideas?

At this stage it s not easy to say if there is a problem with your laptop s BT or maybe the mouse BT or perhaps the compatibility between BT mouse and win 8.

I found this article in the knowledge base on the page of Logitech V470 BT connection problems.

  • The mouse is not responding in screen saver mode

When my phone goes to the screen sleep screen my mouse will not respond and when I move it so that the screen saver turns off, but the keyboard works. I'm using the Toshiba provided the default screensaver when I bought the laptop

Can someone help me with this problem?

    Hello

So, first of all: the screen saver has absolutely nothing to do. It s of a driver problem and I suggest you to update your driver software of touchpad and touch pad.

A better idea would be to uninstall everything that has to do with the touchpad, and then install the latest version of this software.

Another good idea would be to update all existing drivers in your system and do all the updates system (related to windows).

I got disabling the system restore, so I can't go back to a good version.

Turn off the system restore makes things much more difficult. Your problem is probably due to an inappropriate registry setting. You can restore your registry files manually to a previous point through the steps described below. The process is complex and requires some careful typing. Ask a computer-savvy friend to help you if you lack experience in this field. You may reset your password to an earlier value.

Check the date of the file C:\Windows\System32\config\regback\System. It precedes the date when you became aware of your problem? If so, follow these steps:

    1. keep tapping F8 during the first phase of startup.

    2. Select repair in the menu that looks like this.

3 log in as administrator if you are prompted.

    4. Select repair when prompted.

    5. Select the command line in the menu that looks like this.

    6. identify the correct drive letter for your Windows installation. It could be one drive other than c, but it will not X:. You do this by typing commands
    DIR C:\Win*
    Dir D:\Win*
    dir E:\Win*
until you find the Windows folder.
    I'll call this "Q:" drive
    7 type these commands exactly:
    CD /d Q:\windows\System32\config
    xcopy *. * Q:\MyRegBack\
    CD RegBack
    8 type these commands:
    copy software / y...
    /y copy system...
    /y copy Sam...
(the two points are part of each order)
    10. restart normally. If things don't work then you can go back by copying files from the original register of Q:\MyRegBack to Q:\Windows\System32\config.

  • M535 Logitech Bluetooth Mouse is not matching in Boot Camp

I recently bought a Logitech M535 Bluetooth mouse for my iMac 27 inch Retina (end of 2015). I paired in OS X, and it worked like a charm.

However, when I booted Windows Boot Camp, I went to the Bluetooth settings in Windows and it finds my mouse. However, as soon as it started matching, it gave me an error message saying that the device was not found, and as soon as I close the error box, the mouse has disappeared from the list of devices. Then, it maintains the unknown devices listing, and I knew that one of them had to be my mouse. I tried all, but they all failed sail.

Is there a Bluetooth driver problem in Boot Camp? If so, when the next update comes out? Until then, I use the mouse Magic Mouse on Windows (which still works) and the mouse from Logitech on OS X.

Check the update of the Apple software for possibly updated drivers.

  • G50-45 bluetooth mouse will not pair windows 10

Whren, I upgraded my OS to Windows 10 mouse would not pair. I couldn't even remove it from Device Manager. He would show Delete, then failed, then paried, but it did not work.

Technical support gave me the opportunity to send in for repair or take it to BestBuy for repair.

THE SOLUTION: I had not updated all the drivers. One that has cured the problem was the video driver, which has also installed a driver audio and solved the problem of Bluetooth. I started with the Bluetooth first, since it was a problem with Bluetooth. Go figure.

Yes, it was the solution to my problem.

  • USB/bluetooth mouse does not.

I have a mouse mobile memory 8000 who, for some reason, does not work. The issue began yesterday after I used WUBI to install ubuntu alongside vista. My mouse did not work when I booted into vista. The cursor does not move and it does not meet the clicks. I tried wire and modes bluetooth with the same results. I uninstalled and reinstalled an updated version of intellipoint. I uninstalled all associated mouse or eventually the mouse related drivers I could find through the Device Manager and let them reinstall a reboot. The computer recognizes that the mouse is there, he says that everything is working properly and up to date. Any ideas on what could be the cause?

Edit: I also tried to uninstall Ubuntu without effect. IntelliPoint and device management, yet all drivers are working and up-to-date and the mouse does not work as well. Mousinfo using no movement or mouse clicks are detected by it.

    Hi khukuri,.

It is possible that the incorrect mouse is selected in the IntelliPoint software.

  • Bluetooth mouse does not work up to this that deleted and added after Windows startup

After you have added a device, namely my mouse Logitech V470 Bluetooth, it works fine until I turned off my laptop.

The next day when I have power to the top of the mouse is no longer my Dell Vostro 1500, moves the cursor. But it is still displayed in the list of devices.

The only way I can get it to again control must "remove hardware". Then I 'add device', it is discovered, and the driver is loaded.

    The bluetooth mouse works normally.

What can I do to have the mouse early control after turning on the laptop?

I've been using a Bluetooth mouse for a month, and he would sometimes disconnect. I usually remove him in the devices tab and try to add it again and it usually starts works very well, but this time it was not detectable. I changed my Bluetooth Support Service to automatic, and then he asked an access code I never together. I tried to enter "0000" to get the code, but it didn't work. I tried to update a Bluetooth driver and I restarted my computer, but now my computer cannot detect my mouse even when I try to connect it. To be honest, I've been frustrated of some sort, and I'm not really even sure if I should have updated the Bluetooth driver. I used the "Intel Bluetooth" (Version V2.6.1210.0278) driver update. I tried to do a system restore to the factory, but I can not click on the next to take me through the restoration and end up having to close it via the main power switch.

    Any ideas please?

    Hello

You have the same problems with a mouse external or just the touchpad?

If an external mouse works correctly, you can use it to do a recovery install. This can help you to solve the problem, if this just s software.

Not least have last but you tried to update the driver for the touchpad? You can find it on the official website of Toshiba:

  • Problem starting el capitan (sierra) - built-in keyboard and the mouse do not respond

    Hello

I have a 2015 macbook pro (SSD 256, 16 GB of RAM last el capitan updated) with a wired problem.

I use it mainly to a cinema monitor and I use wireless keyboard and mouse (office installation program), and of course as a stand-alone laptop when I'm not at my desk.

When I put the laptop to sleep, everything works fine when I wake up.

but, if I'm away from the office and I have to restart my laptop, here is the problem.

The boot process is very very slow, there is no edge, and when I finally have the screen to unlock the safe, the keyboard and the touchpad do not react. Actually, that's not exactly true, they are so slow that they are unusable and get caught quickly, all gel. So I can't unlock and complete the boot. My laptop is unusable ;-(

At this point, I get a message that if I forgot my password I just need to reboot by pressing the power button, and I'll be able to reset it.

When I do this and aprΦs the dΘmarrage that more slowly than usual but ok, I get another screen with several options of problem solving. One of them is "keyboard not responding do not. When choosing this one, it asks if you want to remove safe. I tried and everything was back to normal.

later, I delivered safe and I had the same problem again. I did the thing to be able to restart again and improved to sierra in the hope that it would disappear. However, the problem is still there.

I thought I could try to restart my office to see if my keyboard and wireless mouse would still work. Indeed, even if responsiveness was not normal, I could unlock and fill the chest.

I have the impression that my laptop always "believe" it is on my desk, linked to my screen (probably the reason why I don't hear the Bell) and to my wireless K & M.

It's really annoying and I hope someone has a solution.

    Thank you very much

    best,

    Alex

I'm having a similar problem with macOS Sierra which I didn't have with El Capitan.  I can possibly move the cursor on the power button and turn off (no), but I must be patient because the keyboard and trackpad are only for a fraction of a second, which only allows me to move the mouse slightly.  After he stop and start back up, everything is perfect until I tried another reboot, and then I'm back to the beginning.

I tried to reinstall the operating system, reset the SMC, resetting the NVRAM, reboot in SafeMode... nothing worked so far.

  • Satellite Pro L450D black screen and will not respond to any keys

    Hello

My niece has used his Toshiba L450D for almost a year now and he really liked it, who was until last month. She turned on her laptop and when she presses the button of the mouse, the button cracked and he fell into the laptop.

Now my brother contacted Toshiba and I was told because it is under warranty it might return for repair because it was a common fault. Then he he packed in loads of air bubbles and a box to make sure it was safe.

A few weeks later he came back repaired but we were all shocked that the laptop was put in a very loose box and you could hear this rattling noise. When we turned on the battery was flat and we had a new boot menu.

As she installed it Windows 7 laptop would boot directly into Windows 7, but now after the repair of the laptop shows a menu black screen with as follows:

    + Windows 7 +.
+ Recover Windows to Factory Settings [active EMS] +.

So we started in Windows and everything went well, but now after 5 or 10 or even 20 minutes, laptop displays a black screen and will not respond to keys or mouse movement. There is nothing on the screen its just black.

I started in SafeMode (which was more difficult with the new menu) and it does the same thing. I even managed to do a virus scan quick who took 3-4 minutes and was clean.

I would like some advice on what my niece is very angry, and it's difficult to explain what is happening to a child in the primary school.

    Any help would be grateful.

    Hello

Have you tried the option of HARD drive recovery?

If this is not the case, try to set the notebook back to factory settings using HARD drive recovery.
Turn on the device, press F12, choose repair my computer, then select Toshiba HDD recovery.

    I hope it will work!

    Hello

These lines on the screen indicate graphics card problem.
Try testing with external monitor? If the same image that you will certainly know the graphics card is defective.

Anyway, these two questions are for me serious enough and best thing you can do is to contact the nearest Toshiba authorized maintainer.
