When it is plugged it light up to like not in the Vista computer (the computer quit working so bought a new). Can I get a driver to get the bluetooth to work, or I can get a USB adapter that works with Windows 7?

  The laptop supports Wlan Atheros / module combo BT.
  This means that a single module shares WiFi and BT connectivity.

  Using Win 7 you must add the additional drivers called filter for driver Atheros BT package.
