  What happens if you install manual display driver through the Device Manager and the Advanced installation option where you can choose the driver and the directory yourself?

  By the way: you must also install the latest Service Pack for Vista. See the Microsoft page for an update.

  Last point but not the least, of you n t post an installation order. The order in which you have installed the drivers? In General, the chipset driver should be installed first, then the display driver.

  Rename the package for example in "display driver" and then uncompress the package.
  Then go to the folder where the driver was decompressed and then launch the installation.

  If you need to install the display driver Intel HD 4000.

  Usually, you have two possibilities to install the driver.
  You can run the installation.exe (setup.exe) file, or you install the driver in Device Manager. I recommend you to choose option 2 in the case where the standard procedure done functions.

  The Toshiba UE driver page driver must be decompressed.
  You will find in the folder display-20140528122046 the TC40214900E.exe
  It is a zipped file. Right-click this file and choose "unzip here".
  Now, you will get another folder TC40214900E where you will find all the driver (dll) files.

  If so, make sure you install the driver with administrator rights and I recommend to remove the old driver first. Then, restart your computer and try to reinstall the driver.

  The Toshiba Satellite L50-B-119 supports only Intel Graphics HD 4000 which is part of the processor Intel CORE I3-3217U.

  It is not recommended to downgrade from Windows 8 for Windows 7.  This article explains why.
