  I have the same issue, but with several different sites on WIN8/IE10... I couldn't access the site of Ebay in a few days, if I can access hundreds of other sites very well.

Can still access those sites very well on any of our old machines running XP or WIN7... same corporate network.  Confirmed that sites are online and working very well; connection is good; router is fine.  The only common denominator is that WIN8 blocking some sites... I can't figure out how.  BTW, I was able to access the site worldftanks very well.  I know this topic question addressing "issues of game", but I suspect that the cause may be the same as what tommay11 knew.  I was curious to know if he has a solution.
