Hello

If the reinstallation of the system with the recovery CD does not help, then it is not a software problem.
This means that some hardware component is defective.
In this case, you need to take your laptop to the service.

Good bye

First of all, you're not telling the forum what version of Windows, edition and service pack level your system is running.  Please do.

Secondly, there is no describe your system.  Tell us who makes your system and its model, if a packaged system.  If not packed, please tell us who manufactured your motherboard and model.  If your video card is another box and not originally shipped with the system, please tell us the manufacturer and model of the adapter.

Finally and most importantly, please read 555375 Microsoft Knowledge base article, how to ask a question.

Now, in general, unless your system has a card mother Intel®, you do not want to download an updated directly from Intel® driver.  If there is a system, you will want to download an update of the driver support from the manufacturer of your system model site.  If not packed, see web site for support of the manufacturer of the motherboard for your updated driver model.  If this isn't the case, a card mother Intel®, the reason for the not to load the Intel® GMA 3150 drivers from the web site Intel® is that there may be unhandled in the Inte® base drivers implementation changes.  Nor should download the drivers through Windows Update, except as a last resort.  If Windows Update contains an updated driver, check you motherboard of the system/website of the manufacturer for updates.  Be aware that some manufacturers/motherboard of the system (e.g. Dell) don't feel any economic incentive to keep the drivers/firmware to update if a motherboard system was abandoned.

  • display driver has stopped working and recovered

In my laptop, I get a message from the display driver has stopped working and my screen goes black and crash suddenly

    Details of my laptop are
    Compaq 620
    Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit
Intel (r) Core (TM) 2 Duo CPU T6570 2.10 GHz
Display map Mobile Intel(r) 45 Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1)
    Hitachi HTS545032B9A300 ATA Device driver
    Display Mobile PC screen 1366 * 768

    Help, please

I would start by removing the current driver and installing the latest driver available.  (yours is 5 years old)

"It is not a true crash, in the sense that the blue screen was launched only because the combination of material and video driver video was to be insensitive and not because of any exception processing synchronous".

Since Vista, the components of "Timeout detection and recovery" (TDR) of the subsystem video OS have been able to do some really impressive things to try to find issues that would have led to the earlier OS like XP to crash.

As a last resort, the TDR subsystem sends a video driver command "Please restart you now!" and wait a few seconds.
If there is no answer, the BONE concludes that the combo of driver/hardware video has really collapsed in a heap, and it fires at this stop 0 x 116 BSOD.

If playing with video driver versions did not help, make sure that the box is not overheated.
Try to remove a side panel and a fan of big sector directly to the motherboard and GPU.
Run it like that for a few hours or days - long enough to check whether the cooler temperatures make a difference.

If so, it could be as simple as dust accumulation and inadequate cooling afterwards.

I download cpu - z and gpu - z (both free) and keep an eye on the video time

    Hi Jeroen,

I think that your problem is related to overheating rather than a defective display driver. The idea here is that it takes several attempts to reboot, giving the unit time to cool.
I suggest that you try to remove all dust and debris from your radiator and see if it improves the stability of your units.

You can download a copy of your display driver of: -.

  • Radeon display driver has stopped working

    Hello

I'm under Win 8.1 x 64 (updated) on HP Pavilion 1322TX computer laptop. There are Intel HD Graphics 3000 and ATM Radeon HD 7450M two graphics cards like the Device Manager window. Recently, I get a blue screen and message later saying that the driver of the ATM has stopped working. I found a lot of problems with this driver in the past as well. When I check the relevant page for my laptop model, there is no update for 2012. What the hell!

Can I update these two pilots separately by getting updates from Intel and AMD sites?

Y at - it an update to the system of control of catalyst (CCC)?

When I try to update through the CCC or HP Support help, it's still no update.

    Can someone tell me please?

PS. I'm fed up with HP and ATM, I'll not distributed for HP and never recommend someone elese.

    Hi JSHLMS,

I see that you have questions about the switchable graphics. You will not want to use the available at Intel and AMD drivers, because with switchable graphics, is the manufacturer of the laptop computer that sets up the drivers. Intel and AMD provide a basic driver and HP sets up for their laptops. You can download the latest AMD software package which includes CCC here.  I did some research and found Windows 8.1 versions of your drivers, but as your model doesn't have any specific drivers I can't guarantee that they will work.  If these drivers do not work, I highly recommend downgrading to Windows 8.

    Intel HD Graphics Driver

    AMD HD graphics driver

    Thank you

  • Display driver has stopped working and has recovered

This is my first post, so please bear with me. Also although I use pc a lot, I'm not technical interest. I have a laptop Compaq presario CQ61 64-bit Windows 7.  2 days ago the screen went suddenly "speckly" flickered then briefly became black. On forward "normal service resumed" but a message "display driver stopped working and got ' came then disappeared. I was watching BBCiplayer in time if this is useful. Since then, the problem has re occurred several times and I had to reboot a couple of times. I don't do any game at all, just browse some sites regularly then use Skype for an hour a day.  I thought everything was good today as the portable performed normally for a long time, then did it again! Can anyone help (in terms of simple fool) Please? Thank you very much

    An update conflict is possble.

It is likely, too, that just reinstall the driver - if necessary update or just reinstall the current version - can solve this problem, if the software is at the origin of the problem.  Sometimes the drivers are dynamited by the updates and can be cured by be reinstalled after the fact.

Good luck!  Post back with your results, if you like, and let us know how you fare.
