Satellite NB10T - A is blocked during installation of Windows 10 every time!

Can someone help me? I tried upgrading my laptop 4 times using windows update and every time it gets stuck.

Every time the installation hangs at 83% complete across and 35% complete on the third phase, which if I remember correctly is something like "configure personal settings." I left running for hours, nothing happens and I have to go back to 8.1.

I tried using the troubleshooting of windows update that actually claimed to correct the problem, but it alas it did not.

Anyone know what is happening?

Thank you very much.

Hmm... I recommend you to check this page from Toshiba Windows 10 upgrade:
http://win10upgrade.Toshiba.com/swup...on=TEG&lang=en

Here you can find useful step by step instructions how to upgrade to Windows 10 as well as the driver Win 10 and other useful information.

If you will not be able to Win 10 using the upgrade icon to win 10 in the taskbar, try to upgrade the system manually using the Microsoft Media creation tool for Windows 10

  • WU is blocked during installation of updates - but does not freeze

    Hello

I recently installed Windows 7 Professional on my new PC. It worked well; After that, I installed mainboard and video drivers and then some games.

Then I noticed that I was not activated Windows Update during installation, so I started the update manually. Download worked, but the installer is stuck to the update 10/59. I then tried to cancel the update (the "Cancel" button was clickable, then the program do not freeze) but nothing happened. So I rebooted the computer...

I tried to update again, but WU is now stuck at 8/59. I don't know what to do; There is no error message or anything. The only way to cancel the update is by restarting the PC.

FYI: I waited like 2 or 3 hours, but WU did not progress.

If you want to discuss issues, then you can do this, but the right way

    Back to your question;

    > After about 20 restars uh, I got fed up and used Ctrl alt del which has interrupted the process for a while...
Yes, the Toshiba laptop are pre-installed with a picture of Toshiba and the installer may takes a little longer and needs a few reboots.

    > 1: he can not connect wireless internett it dosent even try to look for him.
Perhaps, you should first check the BIOS if the WiFi is enabled.
Then check Fn + F8, that should enable the WLan under Windows OS!
The WiFi driver update could be useful too.

    > 2: the "any implementation for the first period of use" (including the constant loop samekh) starts EVERY time I turn on the pc. (Even after I KILLED all the associated toshiba estimé on the pc.)
As I said above, the configuration may take a while, but after the installation process, everything should work as well if this is not the case, then you should try to reinstall this device try again HARD drive recovery that does not need the CD.
Turn on the device, press F8 and choose fix my computer. Then select Toshiba HDD recovery!

  • Error during installation of Windows 8 "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error." Windows Setup cannot continue. »

Original title: I can't access my pc please help!

I recently download windows 8 ASSESSMENT and not this message keeps popping up whenever I turn on my pc.

The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected
error. Windows Setup cannot continue. To install Windows, click
'OK' to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.

I click OK and then it restarted my PC and came with The Windows 8 boot-up the top screen and then the same message keeps popping up.
    I need help really bad.

    Kind regards

    Darius Oisin Reyes

    Hi, Mary

I'm using the Enterprise version that it froze during installation, so I waited around 9-10 Minutes still nothing
so I started keys at random because I was waiting for a long time then restarted my PC and now I can't start my pc.

    >:-( >:-( >:-( >:-(

Boot from the Windows 8 DVD or USB media that you created
    Click Install now
    Accept the license agreement
When the option is displayed to select a type of installation, click (Custom advanced)

Select the disk partition where you want to install Windows 8 click Next.

You will receive the following warning:

The partition you have selected may contain files from a previous Installation of Windows. If so, these files and folders will be moved to a folder named Windows.old. You will be able to access the information in Windows.old, but you will be able to use your previous version of Windows.

(At all costs, do NOT click on anything in Format, deletion or Partition name.) So even do a custom installation, your personal files are still kept. Click OK

The installation program will now begin installation. During installation, your computer will be restarted several times.

Once the installation is complete, you can complete the Out of Box experience as the choice of your laptop, create a username, password, your time zone. You can then proceed to download the latest updates for Windows and reinstall your applications and drivers.

You can then retrieve your personal files from the Windows.old folder and reinstall all of your applications and drivers.

  • Qosmio G30 - No. HDD recognized during installation of Windows 7

HY, I tried to install win 7 on my Toshiba Qosmio G but after running the installer of windows 7, it does not find the drives to install on. My Qosmio has 2 discs. In the BIOS, they are marked as SATA (I can't change this setting) and the first to RAID0 and the second JBOS.

When you run the installation from my XP environment, I get the message that the AHCI driver is not installed. I downloaded the latest driver for storage of matrix from Intel and upload it in the setup of Windows 7, but it still does not recognize my discs. See a suggestion or an answer to my problem?

Of course, I installed the latest version of the BIOS... it's from 2008-09. Intel matrix storage drivers where very recent 17/07/2009. But according to the website of Microsoft AHCI and SATA drivers must be included in the installation of Windows in any case.

PS the version that I'm trying to install is RC build 7100

    Thanks for some comments,
    Bert

    Hello

First of all, you should tell us what model Qosmio you exactly. There are many different Qosmio models on the market.

To me it sounds like that, you simply use the wrong driver AHCI/RAID. If your Qosmio is equipped with a RAID controller you need other drivers and not the Intel Storage Manager. To install Windows in this case, you have RAID drivers they belongs to the RAID controller.

As said Akuma search site Web from Toshiba RAID drivers:

  • Last download software HP C6280 hangs during installation on Windows 7

Someone else has the same problem?

I wanted to get the functions scanner works again after the upgrade to Windows 7 from XP and the original installation CD no longer works.

I downloaded the latest version of the software driver from HP's Support web site.

Whenever I try to install it it gets in what concerns the "application of updates" and the program is a hardware failure and disappears with no other message!

I have tried all the option to disable antivirus, firewall, etc., but still, it crashes every time!

He also chews upward on a gigabyte of disk whenever it crashes!

Any help to what to do next would be appreciated.

    Success at last!

I tried all recovery options have no effect.

THEN I chose "Manuel Upates" on the prior installation options, and installation of all selected components succeeded.

If you use the default "automatic updates" the printer setup tries to automatically apply the updates before installing, and this causes the immediate accident printer driver setup.

    Thank you.

    Hi Praveen,

Thanks for posting your question on the Microsoft community.

We need more information about the issue so that we can help you better.

    1. is Windows 10 still installed on your computer or you have wiped the hard drive?
    2. don't you upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10?

Thank you for details on the issue.

If Windows 10 is installed, you can downgrade to Windows 7 within 30 days of the upgrade. If it crosses the 30 day limit, the option in the settings that allows you to return to your previous version of Windows will not be available.

    Please see this link:
Return to Windows 7 or Windows 8.1
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-10/going-back-to-Windows-7-or-Windows-81

However, if you want to install Windows 7 from an external installation media, you can re-create the rack installation of Windows 7 from this link:
    https://www.Microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/Windows7

It is possible that the installation media does not develop properly. Please also make sure that you disconnect all the devices connected to the computer before installing Windows 7.

Note: You may lose programs installed after upgrading Windows 10. I strongly recommend to back up your personal files and data on an external hard drive.

    I hope this information helps.

Simply answer the required information and let us know if you need more help.
