Satellite P105: "change the Frame Buffer"

Hi, I have read through some topics here on the video memory change and continue to see the word Frame Buffer. The tab is not present in the option of setting advanced my driver and does not appear in the BIOS. Where can else I get?

In addition, about drivers Toshiba download page, I can't P105... There are some P100 and P200, no p105. Is there a way to get around this?

Hello
Unfortunately it s is not possible. So I think that it s increase/reduction of itself when you change the amount of RAM in your system.
I have a Satellite A100 and I wanted to decrease the shared video memory, but until now I didn t found a solution.

P105 - is this an American machine?

See you soon

How I crank out 240 fps 2 K RAW or say 60 fps (time base 23.98) during the filming of SXS?

Follow-up to question... is there a manual for this camera accessible to the public anywhere?

    Thank you very much

    BK

You can overcrank (once again, "S & Q" for "Slow and fast") to XAVC 1080 p at 60 fps at the moment, with firmware v1.10.

That's all. Any other framerate 60 fps have access by setting a frequency 59,94 system and slow down the images in the post.

Instead of Canadian French choose Portuguese

    > I tried to change the configuration, but the letters and accents do not correspond to signals on the keyboard.
Well, you have a keyboard that does not support the English provision certain keys do not match with the language of the keyboard what to say in this case, you would need to buy a keyboard with a layout of the Portuguese language and would need to replace it

Or you are using an external USB keyboard with a layout of the Portuguese language

If you have time please check that Miro wrote on this thread http://forums.computers.toshiba-europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=18877

In the end, I can just say that you must activate the right port on your TV and you should have a perfect image. I did several times using different adapters and in my case everything was OK.

  • How can I change the frame surrounding a title created with the Rectangle tool?

Pre 7, I was create titles (for example: title > new title > default always, etc.) for a long time and using many ways to manipulate the text (type, color, size, animation, etc.). Today, I tried to use the Rectangle or Ellipse tool tool (or the line tool) and they created a nice 'framework' (like a picture frame: artistically designed and colored) and I can change the background color in the frame and the place of any text (also background image, etc.) inside. However, I couldn't find any way to change the 'framework' or the general style of the title objects. Is it possible to do, or it's the only design that can be created with these tools? I would be very happy any help (impossible to find in this site u2u). Thanks, Laci.

    LACI,

Yes, you can apply Styles to several Rectangles (or other shapes), to simulate an "image." The Styles should appear as the text in the Styles Panel. As you work with shapes, but look a the Styles applied to the text, it is not perfectly intuitive as to what look like these Styles with shapes.

Personally, I find that make things like "frames" in Photoshop and then import the PSD in the meadow are much, much easier. In this case, I would place the PSD on 1 video track (except if I wanted it appear superimposed on my video (like a PiP), can make the text in a title of PrE and place it above the PSD.

    Here is an example:

It is a simple "picture frame" created in PS. I used a fixed image, instead of the text in this case. These could be "grained," "granite", etc.

Much more control and tons of effects and filters that can be applied.

    Good luck

    Hunt

PS - It's PrPro, so the GUI will be quite different, but things work the same way.

Yes, you can change these settings in the BIOS.

    Hello

The best source of information in your case is Toshiba Service partner. If you do not find it go to http://www.toshiba.co.jp/worldwide/europe.html

Under PC systems, you can find a number of Toshiba information line. Be careful with the hardware components. If damage you something, it can be expensive.

    See you soon

You can create own CDs and on this CD, you will find all the necessary Toshiba drivers.

  • Satellite Pro A60: How to change the size of the AGP aperture?

    Hi people!

I recently bought a laptop Satellite Pro A60 series.

I also had an upgrade to 512 MB RAM module for it.

Since then a few games that I try to launch slow area. (it wasn't before) I have increased the Frame Buffer, but wish to increase the AGP Aperture Size as well, but there is no option for this in the BIOS?

Is there a fix that solves it?

    Hello

Well, you said that the games run a bit slowly after upgrade memory.
In this case, I guess that the graphics card is not really the problem.
As far as I know if memory modules are not similar system could runs unstable.
In addition, after the upgrade, you should try to install this new programs (games).

    Best regards

  • I would be able to increase the UMA Frame Buffer if I increase the MBofRAM?

    Hello world! (Me again!)

I was wondering if when I get a 1 GB of RAM I will be able to change the size of the UMA frame buffer memory? (for example, 256MB RAM - frame buffer, 512 MB of RAM of 32 MB - 64 MB frame buffer and 1 GB -?

    Thanks in advance!
    Thank you!
    Suddste

    Hello

As far as know not that the size of the memory is not decisive for the evolution of the AMU.
More important, it's the video chipset which is integrated into the motherboard itself. This chipset allows you to use a portion of the RAM for the frame buffer.
This is called unified memory architecture (UMA).
These settings you can change in the BIOS, and the highest value AFAIK is 128 MB.

    Good bye

  • Change the number of frames per second

It's very simple stuff - so I hope I'm missing an obvious answer... that is.

I have an animation that goes 15 seconds and 16 fps. Total of 240 frames.

I want to change to 15 seconds at 30 frames per second. A total of 450 executives.

Is it possible to do - that will keep all the keyframes in relative place? Or I have to recreate the test specimen at 450 and pass each unique to his new position keyframe?

    Thank you for your help.

    T

Unfortunately, no, you can't do that and keep the same length. You CAN change the frame rate, but increase the rate of 30 frames per second will make the scene twice as long because are presented twice as many images per second.

  • Can make the size of the log buffer be changed or is managed internally by oracle

Can again change the log buffer size? or is managed internally by oracle in the SGA? We are on oracle 10.2.0.3.

The reason why I asked the question was that our construction team do estimates for data/memory sizing properly... so we wanted to know if it can be changed or not?

    Hi S2k!

The SGA Memorystructure is handled automatically by Oracle, if the SGA_TARGET initializationparameter is set. But nothing less you are able to configure the size of a memorystructure by yourself. Here is a good article on the optimization of the log buffer.

I hope this will help you along.

    Yours sincerely
