• Satellite P200 - 144 FN keys do not work

  If I m not mistaken the P200-144 belongs to the series PSPBGE and European Toshiba driver page doesn t provided no details on the FN-Esse driver or something like that

  As far as I know the Hotkey Utility driver must be installed to control and use the FN keys.
  Also note that the driver installation procedure is very important.
  If you install drivers or utilities in the wrong order and then some features could not work as should.

  On the European driver page, you should find a txt file called installation instructions.
  Follow this order, and install as mentioned it.

  I have a Satellite P200-tn1, PSPBOC.
  I lowered my operating system from Vista to XP.

  Now, I have a driver problem, I installed all the drivers for my computer. I installed all the HotKey utility for my computer as well and I have a question. Some of my FN key functions do not work. The ESC to F5 functions work, but all the functions above are not.
  I'm really looking for the brightness of the display and dimmers keys F6 & F7 to work, if possible, I would also like the button toggle F9 key to work as well, which, from this moment, they do not.

  I was wondering if there is a driver I'm missing and if the driver is there. I took my computer in three computer stores now and no one can understand this. Please help me!

  Had the same problem (and message) with Cyberlink Media Show on Windows10 on a Satellite P50t - a. Tried to find PowerDirector Touch 1 with the intention to delete, but could not find. Did not find any other mention of this problem on the forum!

I installed most of the drivers and they worked, but when I come to install value added Package (in Toshiba says that VAP includes Power Saver). It seems complete installation very well, but then I can't find anywhere Power Saver. I tried to install Power Saver for Xp, but it seems that it's not good for Windows 7.   Satellite L300 - 17L is equipped with INTEL graphics 965GM (CRESTLINE) controller! If your GPU driver works fine!

  With regard to the VAP:
  First of all, you must update the BIOS to the latest State and then you should try to reinstall the VAP for Win 7.
  Don t install Power Saver for Win XP because it won't work!

  My computer was not start properly, so I ran error check, and there are all sorts of bad clusters and fixed them. Now, most of my programs work with the exception of MS Office programs and I Tunes. The message arrives that Windows is looking for a solution, but it never comes to the top with one.

  If you want to say that chkdsk, and who has reported and isolated bad clusters, that means that you drive has failed and you should immediately backup of data before buying a new drive.

  If the drive has which went wrong until it's too late to create an image backup, so you will need to reinstall all origonal media on the new drive.

  I hope you did your recovery discs, when you got the PC.

  The HD machine will have a free disk bootable verification utility, if you want a second opinion
