Satellite P300D 10v - Question about warranty

I have these overheating problems with my laptop Satellite P300D 10v.
I did everything I could do to fix it without success...

I have updated the bios of Toshiba. I cleaned my knees in the air compressed first and then all disassembled and cleaned better. (it was a very clean look but...)

BUT unfortunately the problem persists...
So I did a search on the internet and found out that most of the owners of Toshiba have the exactly same problem with their laptop.
Well, I guess it's a bug of Toshiba for many years.
Its a tour really nice, cool sound (the best laptop ever), BUT...
So I wanted to do a question. As I am still under warranty, can I return this laptop and get my money back or replace it with another?

If any body knows PLS let me know.

But I've read have you disasembled the laptop on your hand... hmmm if you disasembled Notepad then your warrany is not valid more :(
I think it should be clear to you that you can lose the warrany if you disassemble the laptop!

    I m new in this forum and I m having some problems with my new laptop Satellite P300D - 10v.
    While playing games or during a 'hard' application my pc stops by itself after a few minutes and all this when power management is set to high performance or balanced. So the only way to run my knees without fear of unexpected closure is either in terms of standby power something that has a lot reduced the performance of my pc. I m running on Vista 32-bit home basic SP1.

    Processor; AMD turion 64 x 2 mobile technology tl-64 2.20 ghz
    RAM; 3, 00GB
    DirectX 10
    GPU; ATI mobility radeon HD 3650 graphics card
    BIOS; (as written in dxdiag) ver.1.00PARTTBLv

    If anyone has the same problem with me or know solutions for it or anything PLS PLS PLS let me know.

    When a driver install package value my easy touch keys does not work!
    Also a woona install win xp instead of vista, but a cant find any drivers for this laptop (p300d 10v) sata!

    I thougt that the cause is the weather, but it wasn't.

    When I try to play a game (cod4-prostreet - same easy dos games) my camera turns off in the first 10 minutes! and he always did that to any game all resolation.

    And another problem too; If I turn on music to aircraft 50% was a "diiizzzz" sound from all points of the keyboard and the connection of the plastic parts.
    First of all, I couldn't have thought them too big problems but when I search online in Turkey, I found a lot of people who have same problems on their P300D 10V
    and some of them gave their pc in the technical service and take their money back so I gave my too.
    But of course, I have problems to tell my problems of technical service right now.

    CPU and GPU produce a lot of heat. The heat dissipation is always created then there s nothing unusual that the temperature rose to higher level.
    You can change the settings in Win 7 power management. You can set the CPU to lower performance and can increase the activity of fan, which will help lower the temperature.
