  If the wireless card is a new and correctly recognized and installed there not any problem at all. If there is a problem with the feature, it can be simply false connection configuration. Please don t be crazy about me, but installation and configuration of the Wi - Fi connection are two separate jobs. If you check the service for other stuff every step must be paid separately.

  As you know, the wireless connection can be configured using parameters of Windows or by a customer (in your case Intel one). If you want to use the software Intel configuration of Windows MUST be disabled.

  It will be nice that you give us a description of the good model laptop. Sorry, but Tecra M 745 is unclear to me. As far as I know, this is the processor identification and this processor is built in many models of different laptops.

  1. update the driver on the LOCAL network card (mine is INTEL 5100 AGN)

  2. restart

  3. set the WLAN to "Uprooting" autoconfiguration service (in Services)

  4 restart the gain!

  I just bought an intel 4965agn wireless card to replace the original card intel 3945abg. I bought the card on ebay, it's a computer dell laptop.

  I installed it (connecting the black wire on pin 2 and the white wire to Terminal 3). The device appears in the device manage correctly without any problem. I installed the latest driver from intel for this card.

  the problem is that no wireless connection cannot be captured. the utility intel built in diagnosis, the card seems to fail the test of material. The section troubleshooting said to check the Device Manager and install the appropriate drivers. I've done it before, so I'm not sure of the problem.

  Why you traded a new WLAN draft N card if you can t use it? I want to say that your laptop was only equipped Intel abg card and for standard project you also need 3 antennas and as much as I know Satellite A200 are not equipped with 3 antennas

  It is has some network cards wireless standard 802.11 Draft N but also as far as I know the project WLan N needs 3-wire antenna.

  The other WLan standards such as 802.11 A, B or G need 2 antenna son and I imagine that the laptop has been delivered with 2 wired antenna and therefore the Draft N will not work in your notebook.

  However, you can try some external wireless network cards that would favour the Draft N
