  Firstly by Satellite Pro A10 is not Win 7 supported and therefore, you will find not all Toshiba drivers for this model of laptop. The unit is just too old.

  I put t know if Win XP WLan driver compatible with Win 7. I think that it s is not compatible. Driver Vista may be compatible with Win 7, but not Win XP driver.

  In the worst case, you will need to use an external USB WLan dongle to get wifi on this laptop.

  After a reinstall full Windows 7 64 bit on my laptop, the wifi does not work.

  I have uninstall (again), reboot, re install the setup.exe file and received this message: windows cannot find the file...?
  By pressing the Fn button the hotbar falls down (as before), so I'm looking utilities hotkey for 64 bit windows 7, but it exists only on the site for XP.

  When you insert the card, Win2k recognizes the card, but when the I plug the network cable, it does not recognize the connection. Cable is fine. It seems there is no power on the PCMCIA card. I read on some forums that there is a problem with the Topic100 Card Bus driver and voltage.   I have a Satellite Pro 4340 and I recently updated the BIOS from v2.6 to v2.7 unfortunately since then randomly, the laptop freezes and requires a reset. Check the error log indicates a fault in which case the ACPI BIOS is written in an unauthorized area. I would now go back to BIOS version 2.6, however the support from Toshiba site only lists the current BIOS v2.7 and not the older versions. How can I get the old version? Anyone here happen to have a backup?

  I don't think that the authorized service provider is able to downgrade the BIOS to the original version
