  Hi, I have a problem with my wireless connection fall all the time on my Satellite Pro A300 1EA.

I have no important data to keep so am OK with clearing everything and reboot. Today. I just received my product recovery disk I ordered at Toshiba. I followed the instructions; load the disc, power over the holding of C. Then it continues just as if the recovery CD was not in the drive. The CD player is not turning. Its as if the laptop does not recognize the drive.

  What happens if you go to the BIOS boot menu (F12 key) and select the CD/DVD drive as the boot device?
  If it doesn't work try another bootable disk to make sure that the drive works properly.
