Satellite Pro NB10 - A - 10 PU143E - how to install Win 7
We recently bought the netbook above, that came pre-installed with Windows 8.1 pro.
I want to install Windows 7 on the computer.
Initially when I looked in the bios was not the option for the CSM,
So I updated the bios, and now I have the MSC option.
Unfortunately, there is still no option to toggle secure startup, so whenever I chose the csm, I am unable to perform a pxe boot.
Anyone know what I need to do. surprisingly, Toshiba said they would need to load if I get any help with this. I only bought the netbook last week.
Secure boot should be available on the Security tab
Here is a picture where this option is visible: [Pic1 | http://i.imgur.com/7I59ify.jpg]

I have a problem with my bluetooth device. I have Toshiba Satellite Pro U400.
My previous operating system was Windows Vista business and I just replace it with Windows 7.
Since I installed it my device Bluetooth does not work anymore.
I have had no problems with it with my previous Windows.
Now, the following messages will appear: "Bluetooth stack for windows by Toshiba is incompatible with this version of windows" I have windows 7 Professional.
I tried to update the drivers, but I was told that I have the best and latest drivers.
Can someone help me?
Seems that you are still using an old battery Bluetooth.
You this should remove the system and need to install a new one which you can download here:

Perform a complete shutdown in Windows 8 - http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/TSB2B03EY0002R01.htm
Restart your computer and try to use F2 or F12. If you use F12 there should be opportunity to enter the laptop configuration settings.
Please test and send feedback.
I use Satellite NB10 Pro with version 1.20 of the BIOS and windows 64-bit of 8.1. I have trouble with several times the limited wifi connection. When I remove the driver and reinstall it, it works again. Pilot already updated, but keeps same problem. Tried several Satellite Pro NB10 same problem. Any suggestions?
For most of the WLan connectivity issues are related to the IP attribute the problems.
Usually the IP address is assigned automatically using DHCP service.
In case this question would appear once again, you can try to refresh the IP address.
Start the console (black DOS window) using the command: CMD (type CMD in search)
Then use the command: ipconfig / renew
If this question would never happen again, I recommend you to reset the WLan router.
I bought a new laptop of Lenovo win 10, but I can't not treat Win 10 so I bought a copy of Win 7 and want to install it but I don't have a CD player. How to install Win 7? I tried to look at the oem site but nothing seems to match back to Win 7, they all assume I'm going to Win 10, that I certainly do not.
Otherwise I'll have to return the laptop because I don't live with Win 10, it takes too long to learn all the new shit and I'm not all media social hype apps that came with it.
A little guidance would be welcome, please.

The first thing you need to do is to check if there is no Windows 7 driver for your model of Lenovo.
I recommend also to dual boot, instead of decommissioning.
In addition, downgrade rights are limited to systems that are preinstalled with Windows 10 Pro OEM. Other editions need to provide your own disc of Windows 7.
There are ways you can download and create a bootable copy of the edition of Windows 7 you have.
If your computer is UEFI, they are normally the systems that come pre-loaded with Windows 8 or later, you need prepare the ISO for such a configuration file or you will receive an error during installation. The USB key must be formatted in FAT32 and use the GPT partitioning scheme. To do this, you must use Rufus, a small tool that you can download for free.

After installing Rufus:
- Launch it
- Select the ISO Image
- Point to the file ISO for Windows 10
- Check create a disk bootable using
- Select GPT partitioning to EUFI firmware as the Partition scheme
- Choose FAT32 NOT NTFS as file system
- Make sure that your USB in the device list
- Click Start
- Close when you are finished

Does anyone know how to turn off the bluetooth on a Satellite Pro R50 - 12 BA Wizard?
If I uncheck and apply the "enable bluetooth Assistant" box, the box is always reticked when I log in.
How can I keep it unchecked permanently?
PS, I learned by warranty Toshiba that I would have to pay to get the software support for this problem.
So I buy a laptop for my school, download the provided faulty drivers and have to pay for repair?
Come on Toshiba.
Are you using the Windows 7 system?
If so, I think that Bluetooth is displayed in the list of applications that will be always loaded during system startup.
You can disable this in msconfig.
In RUN, type msconfig. Then switch to the Startup tab.
Search here for Bluetooth a uncheck the brand.
Now restart the system.
By the way: software issues not covered by the warranty.
Well, here you have it: I dropped to the bottom of my laptop on the floor cement, some three weeks after buying, but it still works! (It's a Satellite Pro L100 132) With technicians, we ordered the necessary parts: plastic covers around the screen and the keyboard.
No other problems are visible (I actually use the little guy at the present time, it behaves as usual), but you never know. So, my question: what are the problem areas that I need to check that everythings continues to work very well? And how can I archive them actually?
I have heard things on the HARD drive, but not in details. In fact it was the fault of all stupid of the bag, it slipped right on my shoulder.
It a shame to hear this.
But maybe you re a lucky guy and nothing was serious damage.
If the screen is working properly and that you are able to boot the operating system so I guess also the HARD drive was not damage and it works fine.
I would recommend to open Notepad or remove something if you have no experience. I think that technicians should check your laptop. But if everything works fine, so I think that there is no need to s.
Take care ;)
I have a PC Satellite Pro P200-150 with Vista Business bought in 10/2007.
I want to change the hard drive 250 GB, I want to take this opportunity to pass on Windows 7 Home Premium Version.
I'll buy a load of DVD.
My question is: How can I get the drivers, but especially utilities Toshiba?
On sites that I've explored I find driver downloads but no public services.
Thank you for your response.
Check the Satellite Pro P200 driver download area.
You will find all the drivers Win 7.
Note: the P200 is a little older series you must choose in the Archive of the Type of product to get the drivers

Is this normal?
What should I do before installing Windows? Should I first all the drivers? And how to install without Windows?
Maybe it is some property damage?
PS. I'm not very good with computers, so I need simple explanation (step by step - how to install Windows). ;)

Then take this new drive and use it for booting and Installing Win XP.
I installed a true Win 7 / 64 professional version full on my Satellite Pro L550-199, PSLW9E. Now, I can't turn on my WLAN. There is no such thing as the large buttons-FN. I tried a lot of driver, that I found on the Toshiba Support page.
Whitch is the right, or Win 7 / 64 professional not supported with WLAN?
How can I pass on WLAN without the FN key?
To activate the WLan, you need to install the Wlan driver first.
The wireless network card is recognized correctly in the Device Manager?
Otherwise, install the WLan driver compatible; As much as I know the WLan card is Realtek RTL8191SE 802.11bgn
Then once the Wlan card is recognized correctly, you must install the VAP (value added package) and Flash Cards support utility!
These two tools are required to operate the FN keys and switch WLan using Fn + F8!
