  Unfortunately, but this is not possible, I mean the audio-in receives the signals and the socket for headphones (audio output) sends audio signals.

  I need to replace the keyboard on my Satellite R830 as the space bar is not registered a press unless you press the middle of the bar.

  New keyboards are available on ebay, but can someone please provide instructions on how it is possible to replace the keyboard. A web search has been fruitless so far.

  I have a Satellite R830, I haven't used the laptop a lot since the purchase 2 years ago but I have several white spots on the monitor (8 + areas). I suspect that these may be hot spots of pixel, but I've tried all kinds of software and even slight pressure repair but nothing seems to work.

• Satellite R830 and Windows 10 question webcam

  The Microsoft Upgrade Advisor said that my Satellite R830-182 would be allowed to switch to Windows 10, so I made the leap. Everything works fine, except the webcam of Toshiba. Device Manager States "the drivers for this device are not installed (code 28)" and click on "update drivers" is futile.

  The Toshiba site looking for an updated driver, I found that this model is not in their models supported for Windows 10, despite the advice of Mrs.

  Sounds like a BIOS password.

  But to be honest, the story seems really strange to me... I never read the BIOS password which could be resolved automatically during the update of the system...

  However, if this is a BIOS password and if it is unfamiliar to you, well, then you will be needing additional assistance of authorized person... authorized service provider is able to remove unknown BIOS password.

  I put t know what Windows system that you use on this laptop, but the driver HDMI isn't available from the HDMI port driver is part of the system and should be recognized automatically.
