Satellite T130 - 10G Touchpad screen pointer gets stuck in random patterns

Satellite T130 - 10G Touchpad screen pointer gets stuck in random patterns and laptop computer must be restarted to restore functionality
The center of the causes of "touchpad button" toggle switch by pressing the touchpad pointer to enter a random State like two fingers to zoom.

Sometimes, he'll be back to normal, but most of the time the computer should be put to sleep or restarted to restore functionality.

a. I tried turn off all touch pad feature one item at a time and all, he still has some weird random State.
(Did not try the impossible combination need $ to be interested but went to the 90% level)

b. I tried disable the touch pad buttons offending and only using the mode tap the buttons and the problem still persist.

c. Finally, tried bending the entire keyboard instead of pressing the buttons and it has also created the problem.

This leads me to believe either the power key or flexion of the entire keyboard is originally is

a. flexion of the touch pad causing the driver getting into a crazy State or require a recalibration.

b. electrical connections causing the driver enter a crazy State or require a recalibration of bending.

Note: I have reinstall the latest version of the driver.
Also: American Toshiba support site that this problem exists in the notebooks of May.

Also: The touchpad is too sensitive, which makes it very unusable!

Have you tried to install the operating system and check the functionality of the touchpad with the factory settings?
Recovery image contains tested the touchpad and right and I don't think that helps the driver installation.

    Can someone help me?

    Hello

    You must use a USB bootable flash key.
    Then you could try to choose the USB key as device, press F12 when applying power in the start unit. Then a menu with bootable devices should appear.
    Then, you can use the arrow keys to choose the USB as a source of start-up.

  • Satellite T110-107: touchpad problem - pointer move sometimes

    Good afternoon everyone,

    Currently I have a series of Satellite T110-107 and have problems with the touchpad.

    I start the computer and the touchpad works very well for a few seconds, after that, the touch pad stops working to full capacity.
    If I wander my fingers on the touchpad and the pointer does not move, sometimes it will move up and down, but not as it should.

    It is a common problem, or is it a hardware problem... or is it the fact that I'm just not accustomed to having the correct settings on windows7?

    All help reveal be great, because it's very frustrating!

    Kind regards!

    Hello

    I found a few tips and tricks that you should try.

    First, you must change the sensitive touchpad settings to lower the level.
    Go to control panel-> mouse and all the settings for the touchpad to the value has a less sensitive level.

    You should also right click Synaptics Pointing Device (in the taskbar) and get in the middle of the page Double click speed on.
    Move the slider to half way down the beach. This should help you too.

    Last but not leas, you will need to disable zoom pinch.
    Go to the icon in the lower right corner Synaptics pointing device, click on 'The pointing device properties', click on the "Device settings" tab, then the settings button. Uncheck "Enable Pinch Zoom" under "Pinch Zoom".

  • Satellite L550D - 10G - blue screen daily

    Hi all

    My 4 weeks new L550D - 10G everyday's a blue screen crash! After the crash, I got this information:
    BCCode: d1
    BCP1: 0000000006D9A318
    BCP2: 000000000000000B
    BCP3: 0000000000000001
    BCeP4: FFFFFA60028299ED

    Anyone has any idea what this means? I have Vista Home Premium 64 bit on my L550D.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Hello

    Firstly it is difficult to say why you're getting a blue screen every day. In most cases these bluescreens correspond to the drivers or hardware.
    If you have updated some drivers and what programs you have exactly? Maybe one of these cause this problem

    In addition, it would be interesting to know what BSOD stop code you get exactly, for example 0 x 000000123.
    For most of the stop codes, you can find help on Microsoft Knowledge Base.

  • Microsoft Windows Vista Home Permium freezes to the logon screen or gets stuck

    Microsoft Windows Vista Home Permium freezes to the logon screen or crashes on the black screen with Copyright Microsoft Corporation with the load with six green bars moving through bar. It will start in safe mode. I ran the auto repair (recommended) when starting after being forced to stop. After it says its full it restarts and remains stuck on the black screen with Copyright Microsoft Corporation with the load bar with six green bars that cross so I force disable it again.

    I had no problem with this computer, he got in last seven. It was working fine yesterday and then the without wire came out, so I restarted the computer to find the connection again as I had done several times before. That's when it froze on the opening of session and password screen. Who started this cycle of freezing or stuck on the black screen with the loading bar permanently running.

    UPDATE:
    Start safe mode then made the instructions on the clean boot. Not checked, all iteams he says and rebooted and it worked. So I went to the next step to select only half to refine the list. Restarted and when at the loading screen for a little over 30 sec - 1 min (which is more short than the time it took to work initially after the first stage of the boot with all unchecked), but it goes to a completely black screen that has not happened before. So now, a little lost, or do I have to keep trying to refine?

    Hi Greg,.

    It will not harm the computer to run it in a boot environment.  Some programs do not work properly because they were probably responsible for their own services and rely on them to work.  You have disabled all non-Microsoft services, and things like printers and software can be difficult.

    Click Start, then options type power and press ENTER.  Let us make sure that the system is not configured to sleep.  Go ahead and put the power plan to High Performance, then click on change Plan settings below.  There will be a framework for "put the computer to sleep".  The value than ever.

    If it continues to turn black in clean boot mode, you may have a hardware problem.  One thing you could do if it's a desktop system and really need to use it now, it is the lid of the machine and aim a fan in the box.  This will help if it is overheating.

    Please complete the steps to diagnose the problem with the boot when you have the chance.

  • Satellite T130 - 10G: extra port for mini SSD?

    Hi there :)

    I found an empty port in my T130, near the port of hard drive, see also here-> [klick | http://www11.pic-upload.de/08.07.14/3aosd93avlc5.jpg]

    It's a job mSATA-Port for mini-SSD as "ADATA SX300 mSATA SSD 128 GB"
    so I can use both, _and_ SSD HARD drive? *

    Thank you

    (* for example: Partition boot and Windows: SSD, data partitions: HARD drive)

    Hello

    I'm quite sure this isn t mSATA and this series doesn't support the mSATA SSD definitely m.

    Fact is that belonging to the same series models support different hardware specifications.
    For example: some models have been fitted with one: module 3G miniPCI and module Bluetooth Mini-PCI and some models supported only the miniPCI WiFi card.

  • Satellite U920T - 10G - touch screen without any function

    Hello together,

    I have been using the nice nice feature now for a few weeks and start to have trouble with him.

    I have the problem that randomly touch screen without any function, I can touch the screen
    but I want to, but without any reaction.

    It starts just besides the requests or anything before, I just browsing in the web site and a second to another.

    If I restart the PC, everything works normally again, I still using the drivers that have been pre-installed and have no changes for the drivers so far.

    Any suggestions, what could cause this problem?

    Kind regards

    Hello

    In my opinion, a process that controls the touch screen hangs or does not answer more and as a result, you can not touch works.

    Recommend reinstalling the driver of Toshiba + Toshiba UE driver page system.
    If this is not enough to try the system recovery and test the device with factory settings.

    I have satellite T130 - 10G PST3AE bios v2.7 and he can't restart.
    After a reboot the white of the screen the fan made noisy becames for a short time and that's it.
    To start it again, it is necessary to turn it on. It starts normally.

    Reboots tried Win7, Linux Fedora, Bios Setup (when it is saved), ctrl-alt-del before start of operating system (Start menu). The result was always as shown.

    Thank you for any suspicion.

    I think it's hardware related issue, given that this problem seems to appear by using all the different systems (windows, linux)

    But have you ever tried the new installation of the OS? If this isn't it!

    Return to the idea where a malfunction of the equipment:
    I think first the RAM modules should be tested and verified. Given that the RAM modules could cause such or similar issues, I think it's a good idea to check this part.
    The best would be the use of nine tested modules, though.

    But if the motherboard is affected, the new modules would be not useful much :(

  • Satellite T130-screen black-HDMI works perfectly

    The problem started as an HDMI cable is plugged on my Satellite T130-17F operation and the display was closed. That point laptop screen no longer works. When starting windows logo start is enabled for a few seconds, just before the entrance to the office, the cursor is visible on the screen. But except for those brief moments there is no action on the screen of laptop computers. When I reinstalled the driver for the graphics card there was times short (less than 0.5 sec) when the screen was active.

    I can use the laptop without any problems via HDMI to my TV. And when I adjust the brightness of the screen (FN + F6/F7) the black can get more back-lit.

    When I disable the HDMI output or plugs out - nothing happens on the screen of laptop computers.

    Hello Jacob

  • Question from windows vista - get stuck on the Welcome screen.

    I recently had my computer startup problems - it gets stuck on the home page, even if I restart it continues.  If I'm doing a ctrl + alt + delete, and then it displays the desktop.  I have no updates that must be accomplished.  you have an idea why this is stuck?  Thank you!

    Restore point:

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
    Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.
Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
  • HP w1907: implementation gets stuck to the 'HP invent' blue Boot Screen
    Hi all
    I have HP w1907 desktop... I use it since 2008.
    Last month I format to have the new windows 7 in it... Previously I was also working with win7 Ultimate.
    But it's keep restarting after the use of 4-5 minutes and so I installed the entire operating system yet.
    It worked very well... after 3-4 weeks, when I started it, it gets stuck at the 'HP invent' blue Boot Screen.
    This display has the instructions to enter the "Boot Menu", "Setup" and "System Recovery" by pressing key "F11" aor "Esc", "F10".  It is just there for ever.
    If I try to enter the 'Boot' Menu by pressing the 'Esc' key, I get the message "Loading Boot Menu... ", but then it hangs there forever just.  If I try to enter the "Setup" Menu, I get a similar result - it says 'enter the Setup... ". "and just hangs there.  By pressing the "F11" key does not seem to do anything.
    Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
    Searching the forums I tried to reset the BIOS - who I've got from here:
    and
    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c01080282
    After doing this too, the result is null
    Please help me...
    I'm in a hurry...
    Thank you.
    Date and the incorrect time can certainly cause problems.  What happens usually, however, is that the sites Web will not be opened because the State in which the certificate is not up-to-date.  I have not heard of the time and date causing the computer does not start.  I think that you need to change the CMOS battery.  Here's a guide on how to change it.  The guide has also some good troubleshooting information.
    Once the battery has been replaced, we'll see what happens.
    Hello
    Have you noticed the same external USB or using only the touchpad mouse?
    What about BIOS?
    Do you use the last being?
    If this isn't the case, then I recommend that you update the BIOS!
    Of course such behavior of touchpad could be related to a hardware problem, so if nothing works, you should communicate with an ASP.
