  I know not just how mush disassembling do you clean your P30, but it is possible that you have dislodged the attacing of ribbon cable connector that you post for the motherboard. I suggest you check that this connection is still intact.

  I don't have any idea what system you have installed, but if the laptop was equipped with touch screen, additional drivers for touchscreen are not necessary.
  If touch screen is working properly, the Windows (Win 8.1) should detect it automatically.

  What Satellite S50t-B-ooo do you excatly?
  From my point of few, the laptop must be set to settings factory just to check if its really a software related issue... so I wonder why you do not use HARD drive recovery or recovery media to restore the laptop to factory settings?
