Satellite U845W-S400 - how to open the laptop to put it in an SSD
Hi all
I would like to know how to open the laptop to put it in an SSD.
There are 6 screws on the bottom, and I guess that some under the keyboard.
I don't have a guide but to know for sure where they are before I start prying things open and could even damage it.
Any help would be really appreciated since I couldn't find anything on the web.
Kind regards
Robin
Stand by.
You may have a defective stupid question but not SSD inside, or you want to upgrade HDD with SSD?

Satellite P30-110: how to open the machine for the cleaning of the fan?
Hello
I'm having problems with my Satellite P30 - 110 overheating and turn off during routine tasks. I need to clean the fans and did it with compressed air. But I really want to get to the fans and clean them unobstructed. Is there a visual guide on how to open it?
I removed the screws that are visible, but it will not always be open. Don't want to force it.
Thanks in advance

Pavilion 17 t-g000 cto: how to open the laptop to upgrade memory
How to open laptop bottom cover on Pavilion 17 t-g000 CTO to modules of memory.
Thank you.
I have this manual that is for an AMD processor and not for Intel processor. If you look on page 36, it tells you to remove the 2 screws of the drive Bay optical (I already removed the optical drive). on my laptop, there is not 2 screws, on the contrary, there is another mechanism of locking that I do not know how to disengage. It's what keeps me to open the lower cover. Everything on the diagram is exactly what I have except the 2 screws that does not exist by the optical Bay.
I can take a picture of the optical Bay area and email to you if you are still interested to help me. Thank you much, youssef.

Satellite U940-108 - how to configure the BIOS to boot double OS to SSD / HDD
How can I set the BIOS to start multi os ssd and HDD?
I want to boot from an OS SSD and other bones of the HARD drive,
When I try to do, I've got windows error? Can you help me
Hello
I guess you want to install the operating system (which one?) on the internal mSATA SSD 32GB?
This mSATA SSD is used for caching (hybrid boot) to start Windows faster 8.I recommend you to install the second operating system on the HARD drive.
To do this you must create the new partition that could be used for the installation of the OS.Then boot from the Windows installation disc and install the OS 2nd on the new partition.

Hello
The Satellite 1110 is an oldie. What does s and I assumed that the guarantee is not valid
I asked it because any attempt to own repair would negate the warranty.
Do you have experiences of laptop repair? If this isn't the case, I recommend you ask a technician for details and advice how to open Notepad and remove the covers. But I have a little googeld on the net and found these two sites useful and interesting!

Satellite A40-121: how to open and replace the cooling module
Hi all
I have a Toshiba Satellite A40-121 for 4 years and was very happy with his performance so far. Just recently, one of the fans is undeliverable noisy and very quickly becomes very hot, so I think I have to change. (I'm not a computer technician, but I live somewhere in the middle of nowhere in China, no support available at all...).
I opened my laptop, but now the covering is always fixed somewhere in the Middle, no screws left!
Do you need some pictures or even a manual how to open my laptop? I could send the vehicle damaged to friends in Germany and they would try to get a new...
Thanks a lot for your help!
Best
MKDAs far as I know that two lovers coling are fixed by two screws. When you remove the two of them, you should be able to remove the cooling fans. Put simply irrelevant.

How to open the Pavilion g6-2210us laptop computer to install RAM?
I have a HP Pavilion g6-2210us laptop PC running Windows 8. He came with the bar of 1 to 4 GB memory and has a foul slot up to 4 GB of RAM. I bought another 4 GB module and intended to install today, but I don't know how to open the bottom of the computer to install the RAM.
I have a Compaq laptop that was new in July 2007 and he has a sign on the bottom that covers the compartment memory and a separate panel that covers the hard drive. Each of these panels can be removed by loosening a few screws and pulling the top of the Panel.
But with this new HP Pavillion-2210us g6, I see a big sign which applies to sites of memory and hard drive. And there is only one screw. Everything simply loosen this screw does not allow the Panel to be raised. So I suspect the slides Panel stop someway. Can someone explain how the Panel is removed?
Hello
See Page 49 of your & Maintenance Guide.
Kind regards

How to open the latch of the battery on hp dv7-2270us?
I can't figure out how to open the latch that would release the battery cover. The latch slides 1/2 way to the left, but nothing comes out. Is it supposed to drag all the way to the left?
I see this issue for a year, but do not see an answer to this one, and I have the same problem:
Wow, thanks a lot! You're both right, it must push hard to the left and then delve a bit on the battery so that it can appear. I just got this laptop and like TI - but that had made me a little nervous. Very much appreciated.
