  Is this a known bug?  I see a lot of messages about it, which goes back to 2012!, but no solutions to this day.

  You may encounter this error message for the following reasons:

  1. the file type is supported by the drive, but the file was compressed by using a codec that is not supported by the player.

  2 - the file might have been encoded with a codec that is not supported by Windows Media Player. If this is the case, Windows Media Player cannot play the file.

  You can try the steps and check if it makes a difference.

  a. to determine what codec was used with a specific file, play the file in the player, if possible. When the file is playing, right-click the file in the library, and then click Properties. On the file tab, look at the sections of video codec and Audio codec.

  b. download and install Codecs by clicking on the PLAYER tab and check. To connect to the Internet and automatically download the Codecs of the reader.

  After installation of my executable it does not appear in the list of all Windows programs. I've built a lot of executable and installers before but this is the first time I see this. The folder is created in the Program Files (x 86) directory and the program performed well when I double-click on the .exe.

  This sw was initially developed with LV10 with WinXP then moved to LV2012 with Win7 64 bit and then to LV2013 and it uses a plugin architecture (I'm still not very familiar with this).

  I also have these following questions:

  1. I don't remember so many folder created after building an exe file (see photo "filelist.png") before moving this application to LV2013, why all these dataX folders are created? (associated with the plugins?). Except for the data folder containing my ini and xml configuration files these folders all contain a single mnu file.

  2 - Why are there some records of pilot instrument included in the compilation? (Agilent, Keithley and Tek) I'm also using other equipment, and they do not appear in the construction.   You use LVOOP you use the NI Report Generation Toolkit, which is implemented using OBJECT oriented programming. Already this explains some of the additional folders that you see.

  Other components are of course part of lvlibp (packed project library) and where it will not integrate the EXE itself. Also their dependencies... which may explain support directories (data1, data2,...).

  What is the attachment file extension? If you know what program should open with, just do the following.
   
  1. download and save the attachment to the office.
  2. right click on the saved file.
  3. Select: Open with on the shortcut menu.
  4. click on: choose [default] program.
  5. Select: The appropriate program.
  6. check: always use the selected program to open this type of file.
  7. click on OK.
   
  This should allow you to open these attachments directly from email address now.

  Assuming that it's just a problem with the recovery media, here's another solution, you can try.

  I hired someone else to do the writing of scripts for animation I created originally. He calls an xml file that displays 3 different items in the flash. It works very well... except when I open the FLA and republish - even if I do not change a single thing, the SWF file does not work. I tried everything nothing helped. The writer use CS3. I use CS4, I tried with the CS3 version (on another computer). The writer and myself work on Mac. The writer has even sent screenshots of publication of windows, and I select all options of same exact. (version 9, AS2).  All the world run into this kind of problem? I'm at end of witt.   It is a known problem if you test by displaying the files from your local hard drive and you use Microsoft Internet Explorer as your browser.

  RoboHelp has a framework known as a mark of The Web (MOTW) which is normally activated. With MOTW, links to things like PDF and Word documents will fail.

  Try to generate WebHelp with MOTW off. This by double-clicking on the WebHelp layout in the pod of single Source Layouts.

  

  Once you do that then you will see another issue rear its ugly little head. When you try to view your WebHelp in Internet Explorer, you are then faced with the Bar little yellow Information (YIB). • Numbers - files does not

  After the update to iOS 9.3.3 my numbers is not able to open my documents. It kept loading and select the file does not answer.

  I deleted the numbers and re - install on App Store, after which my files stored in iCloud appears also not in number. Although I have activate iCloud.

  I connected my Mac Book Air Safari iCloud, I am able to see and edit my files of numbers. But they do not appear on my iPhone 6 s +. Pages and Keynote is correct and work without any problem.

  Try the settings > numbers > use iCloud > Off and then turn it back on.

  By anychance have upgraded your MS Office? or remove powerpoint? Anyway try

  Rightclick the downloaded powerpoint presentation, select openwith-> select powerpoint-> tickmark "always use the selected... program. "and click ok.

  You should be able to open the rest of the slides without any problem.
