I booked my Acer laptop for a repair under warranty an August 26, 2013
After 10 days, I called for an update of repair only to tell that my cell phone was not in the repair center, I called.
who confirmed the delivery of acer on 27 August. I called acer back and was invited to "give it 2 days.
(climbing the case) I did.
After 2 days, I called the center of repair again and told me that I would have my laptop within 7 days, after 10 days
I always have my laptop and decided to call the repair enter this time told me again that ups
did not deliver my computer acer laptop even once, someone at Acer decided to call ups again only to be told
that they had indeed handed over to acer for repair, I then spoke to a manager of acer who asked me to give
the other 2 days to climb the repair business, 3 weeks has passed and I have not yet received my laptop,
I am very dissatisfied with the level of service I have received to date, it is the third time that I return to this portable ith the same failure
The acer repair center has certainly received my laptop
(I have the UPS tracking number)
I would have someone Acer would contact me to help resolve this issue.

Lol... not the shipping costs is certainly free to the United Kingdom, the repair center is only about 400 miles in England, is your repair center in the United States? With regard to the getaway of Delhi? I felt like for him to step out and take a tourist so I could understand what was said...

  • How installed / move Creative could again mini. Original mini lost sound. Unable to get through endless lists. Need a direct line with the customer service.

    Down loaded Creative could Macmin in January... Mini lost it is solid, put out.  New mini can not get through all the forms ADOBE, passwords, etc.  Have no serial number of the program, but my purchases are well documented.

    Had to change passwords several times.  I need a quick and direct link by e-mail or by phone at ADOBE.  Displacement of the programs has been easy.

    Thanks to you two, John and Kglad, for your responses. I have contacted Adobe and they had me download the package from their website. The problem was apparently with the package on the purchased version. Problem solved.

    MoeGhazal I have reviewed your account and it seems that you have upgraded to a volume license CS4 Design Premium for an upgrade of retail Design Premium 5.5.

    I also shows that you have made two purchases of CS5.5 Design Premium, but the second purchase was cancelled.  Make sure that you use the serial number that ends in 7886.

    If you are using the correct serial number, then it is likely, that the installer won't recognize your serial number of volume license CS4 as being valid for upgrade.  If you can contact our support team you can be traversed through an unlocking procedure to allow you to proceed with the installation.  You can contact our team of support directly in Contact with the customer.  You can try to install a web browser, you have not previously used.  It of probably a toolbar or other software applications affect your ability to access the media cat successfully.

    If you are unable to reach our support team, then please check your account information is accurate.  If you can please then update this discussion after the confirmation of this so I can ask a member of our support team contact you directly.

    I would recommend again reaching out directly if possible it will be the most effective method to resolve your current error.

    Are you referring to CC version After Effects?

    If so, you must download and install Adobe Creative Cloud app using whiuch, you can install after effects CC.

  • (Redirected) Quite upset with dell customer service

    So I bought a dell inspiron 7720 last February and I must say that I was very happy with the product while he was working. Not 4 months after my purchase, my laptop broke due to a faulty motherboard or something and after nearly 2 weeks on the phone with dell, I finally got one it shipped to get fixed and only he got back and the operating state after a month to a month and a half. I quite understand in the first place, knowing that these things happen. Now about 6 months later I was playing a game, just the laptop, died on me out of nowhere. Now my laptop responds at all, can't activate it. I have no sign of life when I hit the power button. Also when I plug in my power cord light is blue, but as soon as I that plug into my laptop my charger led turns off again and I get nothing from it. After being tossed back around between people at dell, I am still nowhere because I told me that my warranty has expired (do not take into account the month and a half it took to get my laptop working again that would put me in my time of warranty) and I keep getting hung up when trying to contact customer support for people having expired guarantees. So I want to come is that I'm really angry that, in the space of 10 months, my laptop has broken twice (keeping in mind that I treat my laptop like a baby) and I had a horrible time trying to get help fixing it. It makes me feel that dell doesn't bother the many problems to which I have with their products (within a year) after they had my money. So now it seems that I have no other choice than spending more money on what is essentially a laptop pretty new.

    I write this to 1, event on the multitude of issues I had with my product dell and the customer support less useful that I received and 2, I was hopping someone could tell me what could be wrong with my laptop and how can I fix this (because I absolutely need fixed for the April 7).

    Again, here is my problems with the laptop: dell inspiron 7720

    -stop while playing a game (worked very well in advance)

    -l' laptop does not respond when I push the power button

    -the charger seems to be working fine, blue light turns on when I plug it but turns off as soon as I plug it into the laptop

    I had the same experience today. First purchase of Dell and I am extremely disappointed by the customer service. I remember and different people hang up on me as soon as I told them upset how I was. At any given time, a supervisor, which I complained to and his response was, "I'm sorry to hear, than I can help you with" didn't even want the names of the representatives, I had spoken with. Absolutely no respect for the customers. I'm reluctant to say it's because of the where they are, but it seems that there are cultural differences in how to treat customers.

  • Windows 8 could not connect to the Customer Service of group policy on my HP Pavilion

    We recently purchased a HP Pavilion laptop g6 C7C77UA #ABL with 8 64-bit Windows. It seemed to work fine until a week ago (we only had it for 2 weeks). I can access the computer through my user that I'm the system administrator, but my husband try to click on the user whenever he has a message that appears saying Windows cannot connect to the customer service group policy, please see your system administrator. He could access his side in all first, we bought the computer.

    I did troubleshooting and it comes up saying that Windows Firewall is configured incorrectly. I tried to go in the windows firewall, but it is not letting me, he just guard spinning and finally said that he does not.

    So far, I like my HP Pavilion, but I'm about to throw it out the window because of Windows 8. Please help me! Thank you!

  • Blackberry blackBerry Smartphones new user... not so happy with the storm so far

    Recently, I upgraded my LG Storm for the Blackberry Storm, and he received the day after Christmas.  I spent all night on the phone with Verizon customer service trying only why my phone keeps restarting and stopping himself.  This was even after I download Blackberry Desktop and put Manager upgraded to the new software.  Verizon's CS could not understand why this has happened and shipped me another one which is schduled to arrive not later than Tuesday.  Im a bit annoyed because I originally for the curve but I knew that the curve had been out for a while and I wanted to not Verizon to go out with the curve of new and improved (8900) because I would not like that... lol... and I got the storm to an as much (149.00) I could not beat this price.  When the phone has not been rebooted itself with that I managed to play it a little bit and it is really easy to use outside the switching of the letters and numbers when text mode n landscape.  Bus, aside from that, the email and myspace for mobile installation was child's play.  I hope the next I get works or well I will return it for the curve.  If anyone has heard or have lived this restart/stop function let me know...

    You do not have to have an account or access to the BIS server - but if you do, you can do things like send your service books or the program installation/change on your BB email accounts without having to call your service provider (i.e. Verizon).  Account e-mail setup/changes can be done form the device but I don't know a way to return the service form books the unit itself - I think that you are only option are access via the BIS site I've provided or call the technical support of your provider.
