  Last night, I could make and receive phone calls. This morning I upgraded to iOS 9.1 to 9.2, and now I can't make or receive calls.

  Any call I make - other iPhones, to landlines, whether on my list of Favorites or not - says 'call X... '. "(where X is the name of the contact - X is omitted if I don't dial a contact). After a few seconds, the phone says "Call ended." and I get three quick tones.

  When they call me, it goes to voicemail once they hear 1 or 2 rings. I don't hear anything. The call does not appear in the 'recent' folder, but I received a voice message.

  My iPhone is a 4 s, which can be a key because my wife has a 5. She has just upgraded and has no problem with calls. We are both on the Sprint network, using 'Ting' which is a dealer - so our actual provider's Ting. My phone says "Version 9.2 (13 c 75)", carrier "Sprint 23.0" and model MD377LL/A."

  I turned the phone on and off several times, and also to do a reset (now hold both power and home until the apple logo appears). neither helped. I double-clicked the original key and removed the phone application and all other applications, then restarted the phone application, which also helped.

  WiFi works.

  OK, now it works.

  I think that what I had was specific to my carrier - as well as anyone with this problem likely needs to communicate with their provider!

  For Ting (Sprint), here's what I had to do:

  1. to connect to a Wi - Fi network

  2. dial # 873283 #.

  3. press the call key

  4. press "Start Service Update" and wait a minute or two.

  5. press on "Full Service Update" and wait a minute or two for the phone to reconnect to the Sprint network.

  6. once the upper line shows that Sprint is connected, I could make and receive phone calls.

  WhatsApp has not been developed for the iPad. Ask the developers.

  The iPad can't make a phone call because it is not a phone.  But there is a choice of applications such as Skype to make calls over the internet.  The SIM card in an iPad has data only.

  No problem.  I found the class to which the timeout without much property in safely.  I now have a solution to repeated calls.  The two keys were the infinite time-out setting and the elimination of all the DAQmx objects in the finally section of the callback function before calling the AcquireData() method for the next cycle of reading and processing of data.  The user sets blQuit to false and call AcquireData() by clicking on the Start button.  Repeated calls are then made to 'automatically' until the user clicks the button exit.

  I recommend that you try to start safe mode:

  It will take several attempts to get the combination of keys ESC (press/release/hold) OK, so be patient. When properly in Safe Mode, see what happens.

  If the behavior continues, then well... think what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.

  But if the behavior continues mode without failure, you may need to consider more drastic measures - WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload and the process of reloading OS 'skeleton '. When I start my system, after recording on it seems to start upward but always farm then again with windows say error report 'stopped working' and that's it. I'm not sure patch who this could be. I also believe that one of these Islands said in the description that it will update station itself? I downloaded Service Station on the Toshiba site but it will not prove at best, does not matter if I uninstall it, before you start the installation with administrator rights or not.

  My system is Satellite A500, Windows 7 64 bit.

  Note: A few days before I installed a graphic driver for my Nvidia GT 230 m SINCE THE SITE WEB of NVIDIA. Why am I? I've lived literally all HOURS a unwanted system reboot and I see in the problem report it was always because of the graphic driver. Subsequently, I installed the two patches from the site of Toshiba, the elders and the most recent, but the problem persisted. Fortunately, a few days I have recheched the Nvidia site and there was a new driver.

  Run recovery disc HARD and after that check how the laptop would serve!
