SBU update module has stopped working windows 7

About 2 weeks ago... the pop-up windows is telling me

Update of the SBU Module has stop working...
What can I do to solve this problem... it is embarrassing when writing email, or go to research... using windows 7 64bid
Cheers for any help...

Sorry, could you clarify it please.

SpeedBit is now uninstalled? (or you reinstall it?)

And the error report is yet to come, but only when you run Chrome?

I don't use Chrome much, so maybe it's not the case, but if you look at chrome Extensions or Plugins of chrome, have you a listed extension or plugin for SpeedBit (TBH I don't know yet if there is one--just a guess). If so, disable it.

or something in that sense - http://www.speedbit.com/dap-help/google-chrome-dap-download/ , in which case try remove (assuming you still have it).

igfxext module has stopped working message is displayed at the start of Windows 7.  What is this and how can I fix?

    Hi Bob Bala.

Thanks for asking this question to Microsoft Community!

As I understand it you receive a startup message all to connect to the computer.

He would be grateful if you can answer these questions to help you further.

    1. have you made changes on the computer before this problem?
    2. What is the brand and model of your computer?

I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

You can try to check if the problem occurs in safe mode and check if it helps.

    Method 2:

If the problem does not exist in Mode without failure, then try to put your computer in a clean boot state.

By setting your boot system minimum state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: After the boot minimum troubleshooting step, follow step 7 in the link provided to return the computer to a Normal startup mode.

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

How to install a device driver in Vista Device Manager
    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/193584-Device-Manager-install-driver.html

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, that leaves about Windows updates but it will not install the drivers that will be generally
older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it), then
get new manually if you wish.

  • Notifier updates AAM has stopped working

Every morning, I get a notice "AAM updates notifier has stopped working." my OS (Windows 7 64-bit).  I can't find solutions to this problem or even no evidence that someone else has this problem.  This is very weird.  I remember trying to run updates on my CS6 at some point and that he cannot somehow, but I've been very busy and not really pay attention.  I guess I thought: "I'll do it later."  But now I have this every morning instead...  When I search AAM Notifier.exe updates I can't find it on my machine anywhere.  AdobeUpdater also does not seem to exist on my machine.  I certainly didn't uninstall it myself, but I'd get how an error "stop working" on something that does not exist to run in the first place?  In any case, I would like to be able to run again the updates on my CS6 and stop to get this message every morning...

I posted this in the comments to the Forum because I can't find a relevant forum after that in.  Someone suggests that I have try one product forums even if this issue is really on the notifier updates MAA and not photoshop specifically.

Have Avittone you tried to remove and reinstall the Creative Suite 6?  I'd be concerned only to reinstall Adobe Application Manager as there could be other damage to your installation.

We invite you to attempt to reinstall Adobe Application Manager to see if it solves your problems.  You can download a new copy of Windows https://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773.

If you continue to experience difficulties however I recommend a standard uninstaller and reinstalling the software as your next step.
