Scan engine OR does not work
Hello, I'm trying to deploy a program on the a compactRIO real-time controller. I decided to use the scan mode for now. However, when I try to start my VI I get the following error:
One or more items in this deployment that the NI Scan Engine and the corresponding I/O driver (s) must be installed. Go to MAX to install.
If you continue to experience this conflict, see the topic "Deploying and running screw on year RT target" in LabVIEW help for more information on the deployment target conflict resolution.
I time LabVIEW Real-time on my machine so I don't know what is the reason for this and I can't find it under MAX where to install the scan engine (again, I guess that it is already installed).
I'm using LabVIEW 8.6.1 and the modules I use on my cRIO-9073 are 9477 module and the module AI 9205. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi Pawel,
You must install the NI-RIO driver on you cRIO (but first on your PC). After that, go to the MAX and select your cRIO. There is a point of software. Click on it and install the driver on your cRIO OR Rio. The latest version is 3.1.1.

For the last few days I am facing problems of scan to e-mail function. It gives me an error - "failed to connect to Web Services. "Confirm access to the internet and try again. I checked access to internet, is turned off and turned back on, but everything is fine, except that scanning to e-mail still does not work.
I also tried the suggestion of manual entry of the DNS server in the DNS address configuration, but it does not work.

I understand that you have a problem with scanning to E-mail app on e-all-in-one printer, HP Photosmart 7520. I'd love to help you with this.
Here are the steps I suggest to try everything first:
Network Power Reset:
We'll leave the router and unplug the power cable (NOTE: do not reset the router.), and then do the same with the printer and shut down the computer. After a minute, plug in the router, wait to fully turn on, then plug the printer back in and wait for the wireless light become solid. Once the router and the printer are on, go ahead and re - turn on the computer. This will refresh the network connection.
Restore the default settings of the network and reconnect:
1. on the front panel of the printer, press your up wireless icon
2. Select settings.
3. Select restore default network settings.
4 turn on your printer.
5. once it is initialized to save, press the wireless icon again.
6. Select settings.
7. Select Wireless Assistant , and then follow the prompts to enter the details of your wireless network.
8. try to activate the web services again.
Configure a manual DNS for your printer:
You mentioned that you have already tried defining a manual DNS for your printer, DNS that you used. If you have not already tried so, I suggest to use primary like DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as the secondary DNS.
If your web services connected, even if scanning to email does not work, you may need to reset the web services on the device.
NOTE: Reset web services clears the custom email ePrint you have configured on your printer. Please be aware that if you have a personalized email ePrint, after doing this, you will need to configure again and will not be able to use the same address.
1. press the Web Services button on the front panel.
2. tap on settings.
3. pressremove web services"and confirm deletion.
This will bring you to the homepage.
4. press on the icon Web Services , once again on the printer and go through the installation process.5. once the web service has been activated again, try to configure your scan to E-mail

everything works fine: fax and networkprinter. any fine. but ste does not work.
I know, I have to enter the ip address of smtp gateway entering the name instead. I probably know email address password corresponding, I know ports (smtp: 465 / pop3: 995), and I know I should use * not valid instead * SMTP AUTH (self)...
but I always, when I'm trying csend a scan different error codes. However - information is correct, with them I can receive and send emails via outlook all the time.
any suggestion / idea / information?

the topic can be closed, I have the answer:
.. .no-printer dell so far can send an e-mail directly into any account e-mail that is encrypted via SSL.
No printer dell built BEFORE 2014 will also never can deal with it.
It is not clear up to date if build printers dell from 2014 (a last) will always be able to handle SSL.
It is to this day only possible by using outlook exchange AND a print server.
It's as poor by a large, international company respecting the fact Germany mail providers only ssl encrypted e-mail accounts offered.
they are looking at is not the market will not lead to more sales...
Microsoft gets better, they listen to their customers ^ ^... ;-)

HP Officejet Pro L7700 Series: HP CUE scanning flow component does not work HP C8192A
After being able to scan with my HP Officejet Pro L7700 Series a few years, I suddenly surprised by the message "HP CUE-scanning flow component does not respond," it is impossible for me to analyze using my WiFi connection. Scanning to a USB is the only remaining option. I used HP Print and Scan doctor, but that was of no use.
What can I do else?

HP Deskjet F4224 scan to PDF does not work
Windows XP operating system. I want to scan a document and have a power of pdf. Menu of the printer does not offer this. Limits of output TIF file. I want much less space resulting output pdf. Photosmart 5510 e - all-in - One: Photosmart 5510 - scanning with iMac does not work
After you have reinstalled the SW printer via the home network, the scan function is not visible when I opened the printer on my iMac. After the first installation has worked well. Then I had to reinstall all the SW on my Mac, so I lost the first installation of my printer. What can I do?

What happens when you try to scan? Do you have a message of error before or during transmission scan, or do the software is not open? Maybe you can not locate the software now, or the software cannot communicate with the printer.
While I wait for you, if the problem occurs when you print from several programs, please follow the steps below and let me know the results of your efforts.
Scrub / uninstall
- Open the Applications folder > HP or Hewlett-Packard folder > Uninstall HP
- Click continue, click on one of the printers in the list.
- * Only perform this step if you have not all other HP printers. Press and hold the Option, control and command, while now the three buttons.
- Click Uninstall.
Manually uninstall the remaining files potentially - I apologize in advance is not a fun task! I'll try to make it easy to follow. Some of the files described in the following steps can be found, if you can't find one of the files or folders on your computer, do not be alarmed.
Move the files or folders to the Recycle Bin, drag and drop
- Macintosh HD/Applications / /Hewlett-Packard folder
- Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support /- delete all files and folders on HP/Hewlett Packard
- In Macintosh HD/Library/Caches - delete all files and folders on HP/Hewlett Packard
- Macintosh HD/Library/Documentation/Help /- delete all files and folders on HP/Hewlett Packard
- MacintoshHD/Library/Frameworks/HPServicesInterface.framework
- MacintoshHD/Library/Frameworks/HPSmartX.framework
- Macintosh HD/Library/Image Capture / TWAIN Data Sources /HP Scan Pro
- In Macintosh HD/Library/Image Capture/Scripts - delete all files and folders on HP/Hewlett Packard
- In Macintosh HD/Library/Preferences - delete all files and folders on HP/Hewlett Packard
Move the Macintoshloginwindow.plist on the desktop. NOTE: Does not delete the loginwindow.plist file during the manual uninstallation may cause uninstall be retained.
- In Macintosh HD/library/printers/hp - delete the folder
- In Macintosh HD/Library/StartupItems, drag the following files in the trash, IO HP and HP trap monitor
- In Macintosh HD/users/username (this should have a symbol of a house next to him) / Library/Preferences, drag the following files to the Trash: * all files starting with com.apple.print, * all files starting with com.hp, * all files beginning with Hewlett-Packard, * files starting with HP or hp
- In MacintoshHD/users/USERNAME/Library/printers, drag all all-in-one printers listed here in the trash.
- Drag the icons of HP from the dock and drop it onto a blank space on the desktop. The icon will disappear.
Close all open windows.
Turn it back on.
Empty the trash.Reset the printing system
- Click on the Apple icon ( ), then click on System Preferences.

What Miss me?
Make sure 'Discovery of the network' and 'Printer and file sharing' are turned on for your network on this computer. You should be able to transform in the control panel. Then, restart the computer and try again.

HP Envy5530 series - HP64C25A: HP scanning and Capture does not work
Recently my HP Scan application capture & has stopped working. So far the application worked perfectly. I tend to use it rarely, so the first cause can occur some time in the past weeks. The printer is connected to my laptop via a wifi connection & it prints perfectly.
As part of my diagnosis, I deleted the application & loaded the last version from the store Windows. Unfortunately the application continues to refuse to do. When I try to run the application using the functionality of Capture of Documents - I get this error message "General failure."
I tried to run HP Print & Scan Doctor (V4.9) to solve the problem of scanning. I note that this request when I try to run it seems not to complete his routine & may appear to 'work' for more than 20 minutes (I dropped & closed by using the Task Manager).
I can use the scanner using the HP e - All in One Printer, but of course this will provide only a scan of a single page.
Any help would be most warmly accepted.

If you have forgotten your Windows password and you are on a domain, you must contact your system administrator to reset your password. If you are not on a domain, you can reset your password by using a reset disk of password or by using an administrator account. For more information, see create a password reset disk or reset your Windows password.
If you forget the administrator password, and you do not have a password reset disk or another administrator account, you will not be able to reset the password. If there is no other user account on the computer, you will not be able to connect to Windows and you will need to re - install Windows.

When scanning, the ADP does not work on my HP Deskjet 3510 e-all-in-one printer
Ok. This is my second time to enter in this. I have an ADF and have tried SEVERAL times to scan but my scanner WILL NOT use the ADF. I chkd information available on this forum but nothing I've tried has worked. It is "operator error" or "hardware error"? I tried to use this feature because I bought the printer and it never worked. Finally decided I had to see it through and try to get help. But I worked on it for 4 hours and feel like a "hostage" - the frustration isn't quite describe how I feel now. I get in a panick because I needed to scan 10 pps two hours ago and here I am STILL sitting trying to get this d * thing #$ % to work. Help, please!

I see that your 7520 Photosmart e-All-In-One Printer will not connect to the server when using the scan to email app. I can help you with that.
To resolve this problem:
- On the printer, click web services icon that looks like a tablet with a phone beside her.
- Click settings.
- Click on delete Web Services.
- Click web services icon again.
- Click on accept and Yes.
