Scanner HP 3570c Photo and imaging Director does not

Being out of warranty, HP help is not cheap.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver disc and online, but still the HP Director will not work. This does not seriously affect the operation of the program, it's basically a big thing pop of menu with options. I'm no expert, but I think that uninstall is not erase any trace of the download driver HP and it blocks the relevant part of the resettlement. Any suggestions?

Provide us the error message or error code you receive when trying to use the scanner.

Uninstall or remove ports and drivers and then try to install. You can follow the steps below:

a. click on start

b. click on Run

c. type cmd in the Run dialog box

d. type: printui/s/T2

e. opens the printer server properties page

f. remove the installed scanner driver

g. click the port tab and remove port

h. restart the computer, and then reconnect the scanner. Let windows install the printer drivers through Windows update.

    I have 8 GB reviews and photos and video no longer work. I have the latest firmware. I used Sansa Media Converter to load 1 picture and 1 video on the view. With the image, it will show the preview, but when I click to see the large version of the image it shows just a screen as it is a song played (title at the top, where the art of the album would be blank and the volume at the bottom of the image). This happens also with videos, but it plays the sound, just no picture. All pictures by default and video works perfectly when I bought the player, but I don't think that I never tried to load a back when I was using firmware by default. I had to update because my battery life was only a few hours.

    Too bad. I came across a thread that says turn off "TV OUT" and it works now. Sorry for not doing this before!

    I have an another question though. I am trying to load a video file large enough on the view (it's about 700 MB) and it takes forever. Y at - it something that I should do so that it doesn't take so long, or should I just wait it out?

  • HP Officejet Pro 8600: Recently a fax pops up when I try to print photos and the picture does not print

    We have a printer all-in-one HP Officejet Pro 8600 operating from a desktop HP with Windows 7. Recently, in the last two weeks my wife told me, we cannot print photos. The documents appear to be printed without a problem, but when trying to print a photo we get a window titled 'Send Fax - HP Officejet Pro 8600'. We have never used or even hung fax capablitly since we have owned this printer (maybe 2-3 years). All of a sudden, this window is displayed when we try to print a photo and the photo does not print.  I can't tell you that my wife did not hit accidentally a wrong button somewhere down the line, but she says she does not. I tried to attach a screenshot of the window, but for some reason that it does not take it. It's probably something very simple, but technically challenged myself, I can't understand. Help, please.

    Print picture of what program?  Some programs to keep their own default values for the printer.  It seems that the default printer for the printing of the photo program has been set to Fax.  Try to open the program, select the Officejet Pro 8600 as the printer rather than the Officejet Pro 8600 fax.

    Yes... you have accidentally created a library folder duplicate somehow, that is not functional (standard error).

    When you get a new message, select 'delete '.

    Once it is removed, right-click on "libraries."

    Select 'Restore default libraries'

    Refreshing, not helped because the UPDATE does not affect your personal files (by design).

  • Photos Version 1.5 does not sort by date AND time

    I use a Macbook Air early 2015 running OS X El Capitan 10.11.5 & version 1.5 of the Photos. I took ~ 200 pictures at an event using a camera of 2 nights ago. I put the SD card in my camera in my Mac tonight and uploaded all the photos at a time. They are not in chronological order - arrrgghh!

    All photos were taken from Headquarters even of the same place the same evening. No adjustments were made at the time of the camera during the event. I checked the time / date stamp on the pictures - they are accurate, then I haven't adjusted their. The photos are simply in the random time sequence.

    I've read the support forums & tried to solve the problem by creating a record of the event, and then selecting all the photos, and then 'view' > 'fate' > 'keep sorted oldest first' and the order does not change.

    Can someone help me get these pictures in the order in which they were actually taken?

    Photos sorts the images differently depending on which mode you are in.

    Special album 'All the Photos' is sorted by the date that the images have been added to your library.

    'Photos' special album is sorted based on the timestamp of image creation and organized automatically based on the date and place on Moments, the Collections and the years.

    1 are you referring to the client program webmail or email?

    2. what e-mail on the computer client program do you use? Is - this Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail?

    You can temporarily disable a security software and firewall installed on the system and check if the problem persists.

    Note: Be sure to enable the security software on the computer after checking.

    Thank you for the messages in 2011, no wonder I don't think HP Photo and Imaging Gallery, I liked!  It was installed with my HP printer, but now that I have another laptop, the printer will not install this program, but has installed HP Photo Creations, they are certainly not the same thing... as of now, I don't like.  I'm happy for some of the tips.  I printed the pages.  Does anyone know of a program I can do also?
