  Thanks for getting back to me. I'm looking for some more information to better understand exactly the problem.

  When you have completed each step in the troubleshooting guide, I proposed:

  • Were there problems uninstall and reinstall the printer driver and software? If there are errors or problems, please describe them.
  • Disable your firewall there a difference at all?
  • You can scan using paint with out without the firewall running?
  • Did the job analysis around the work? What were the results when you tried them?
  • You can make copies of copies and color black and white?
  • You have the printer connected directly to a wall outlet, avoiding the power and surge bars?
  • How the printer is connected to your computer (WiFi, Ethernet, USB)?
  • Have you tried another connection?

  Hello
  Click the Start button and type folder in the search bar, then open the Temp folder indicated.

  Open the last HP installation folder that begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)
  Open the installation folder.
  Find the file usbready.exe and rename it to usbready.old.exe
  Navigate to the main extraction folder (folders that begins with 7z) and run the Setup.exe file.

  Now follow the installation and check for the difference.

  ExportPDF converts PDF files to Word and Excel formats (and many others). What you describe, sounds like you are trying to convert a file * to * PDF. Have you ever started a trial of Acrobat, maybe? (So that you can create PDFs with Acrobat, ExportPDF don't allow you to convert files to PDF.)

• 920 cartridge looks different than the old

  I just bought some new ink cartridges for printer Officejet 6500 a 710n-z.  I bought the same cartridges 920 XL that I bought and installed successfully before.  However, the most recent wouldn't install!

  These new cartridges are different that the other - on the bottom, they have color contact plate gold.  The others had the gold plate and an element few bubbles that I think was called a window of ink.  Other than that, the cartridges are exactly the same.

  These changes of cartridges?   What should I do to make them work my printer?

  Thank you!  Now, I just need to get these new cartridges to work in my printer!

• DeskJet 3522 printing scanning copy: hp dj 3522 disconnects wireless network when the printer is turned off

  I have the above printer.  As indicated, it disconnects from the network when it is off.  I have a Westell A90 750014, MAC, disabled filtering router, the printer has been added in the MAC filter table, and in the wireless station status is listed as "associates".  When I reconnect once disconnected from the network, I am able to reconnect using the simple push button config method.  Can someone tell me a way to feel connected to the wireless network.  Thank you very much for your help.

  Problem solved, we can't assume that all users perform basic maintenance when you change toner cartridges.  Run the cleaning pad in each of the slots for each color, as shown in the normal maintenance and cleaning information.  This should have been made at least after every change toner because was not not like these residue accumulated on surfaces resulting scratches.

  Everything you said Verizon is false. The iPhone saves all data sent over the cellular network. There are some data types that will always pass by cell phone:

  • Visual Voicemail
  • MMS messages
  • Push email notifications
  • All data that is transferred when the phone is asleep and not trendy, WiFi is disabled when the phone is in sleep mode to save battery

  Verizon numbers and phone numbers may be different for an entirely different reason. Records of phone as sent or received data, but do not count data that fails to send and which must be retransmitted. Verizon has this data. This happens usually if you have a very low cell signal.

  My experience with AT & T, is that their number and phone match almost exactly.
