  Your subscription is active / valid, make sure that you are registered in correct Creative Cloud Desktop with Email application / Adobe well Id want to go connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

  I tried FOR A WEEK to install a product I bought.

  I downloaded the standard design CS5.5 files.  I tried to install them, but two questions:

  (a) it asks for a code of 6-space crazy.  My code is only 5 places and begins with DSGNW4-

  (b) it asks me to put my disk in.  I have my sitting here drive, but the new laptops do not come with diskdrives more!

  Thus, this problem is corrected or I'm going to Nitro or similar.

  This is the most pathetic excuse for customer service I've experienced in my life, and I sincerely hope that google takes this forum.

  Bought from Amazon.com but the serial number has letters in there, but I can not enter the letters in CS6 for number. I tried to update the application manager, adobe air, shockwave and flash player. I can't even add the serial number to my online account, given that letters can be entered. Operating system is Windows 7 x 64 Pro and Ultimate

  

  First part of the serial number is letters. As you can see, this one begins with the letter P.

  Bought in 2012.

  For some reason any I can no longer enter letters for parts of the adobe serial number.

  I thought about it. Adobe has a different serial number that is generated after that I purchased the software at Amazon. I had to use this serial number, not that of the Amazon. Everything works now.

  In 2011, I bought Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended Student and Teacher Edition (Mac, English) for download, but now I have reinstall it on my computer and I can't seem to find where to download the student/teacher edition in particular, that the normal version (that I tried for the heck of it and found that it does not accept my serial number). Any help in order to find this version would be much appreciated. Thank you.

  The only difference between the normal and student/teacher is normally in the license, not the software.  Make sure that you try to use the serial number on the version correct appointed suite.
