• HP7650 lack of choice of the printer

  Context: Network House (airport and wireless Ethernet) with a Mac Pro, iMac, MacBook and an older iPad. Everything works well with the latest updates installed. Until recently, our inkjet HP 7650 AIO (via Ethernet to the network hub) worked without problem for years on the network with two Ethernet (Mac Pro and iMac) and wireless (MacBook and iPad) via the Airport base station.

  Suddenly, it does not appear as a choice of the printer on most of the machines and the little that it does not appear as an option, the "winding" (off-line printer) icon is displayed. All other network actions (file sharing, remote access, backups) are very good.

  I finally solve the problem by removing the printer from the computer and uninstall all related software and put it back, from scratch.  This seems to have solved the problem.

  I am betting that the contacts on the cartridge are not completely in contact with the cartridges or cartridges must be sent through the cleaning process.   I had the same problem as many when the scanner did not work properly after the upgrade of the Mavericks. Now I've done worse! I noticed someone said that it has worked to remove all the hp software and reinstall from scratch, I thought seemed reasonable...

  Now, I'm really frustrated!  I deleted all the files from hp. I even used the uninstall program and it said that there is nothng it. I used the spot - hp disappeared. I did, but now I have no software to scan at all!

  I watched the video on how to install the reader: I checked for software updates. I have pugged the usb cable and the printer appears in the left side of the Printers & Scanners (System Pref.) window. BUT there is no tab on the right side for analysis. I also used to scan software hp on my dock, but it no longer exists and the old comes up with an error when I try to run it.

  I am so frustrated but I really want to buy a new printer just to solve this silly question which I think is a quick fix if I could understand this!

  Indeed, the HP scanning software is needed to scan from the printer itself, I'm afraid, it is no longer available for the newer operating systems as Mavericks...

  Run a scan of the Apple applications only, no front panel of the printer, as you will find listed in the following document:

  Although you cannot scan from the printer control panel without a Full Feature driver, you can still scan without the Full Feature HP software installed on your computer by using a basic set of scanning drivers. These drivers enable scanning from Apple Preview or Apple Image Capture. You can also scan from the Print & Scan window.

  I contacted life & their support said it was a problem with HP... the computer was the right type, so it should work with their system.

  I have a HP Deskjet 1300 on this computer before moving to this new one.  Not sure if an old file is in conflict, but I don't know how to solve this problem, if that's the problem.  The 1300 print without any problems.

  I just uninstalled all HP applications on my computer & start from scratch... He gave me the same error again.

  I wanted to add, I checked the firewall... not to block. I also reduced... the name of the printer has not set the it.

  After hours yesterday trying to 'fix' my firewall settings & create rules network without success, I decided that because the printer is connected to a WIFI router that the question can be part of this type of installation.  I finally got to the store today & bought a wireless network & plugged the printer & then in our router and VOILA it is printed.  The printer itself has its own internet security installed, so when the internet application that we tried to print, the printer it seen like a virus, by saying, and blocked the print job...

  Problem solved, we can't assume that all users perform basic maintenance when you change toner cartridges.  Run the cleaning pad in each of the slots for each color, as shown in the normal maintenance and cleaning information.  This should have been made at least after every change toner because was not not like these residue accumulated on surfaces resulting scratches.

  I deleted the printer and downloaded the latest drivers and re-installed but still cannot print.
  I tried adding via IP address but still does not work. I also tried the Air and BrotherCUPS, but none worked.

  Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. It seems that you experience problems printing to a Wi - Fi printer. Looks like you already have a troubleshooting. I recommend reading this article, you have already done some steps here, but there is more information you have not mentioned by train.
  
  

  If the issue is not resolved, take these last steps to remove all the drivers printer currently installed that might be causing the problem:

  1. Choose  menu Apple > System Preferences, and then click Printers and scanners.
  2. Control-click anywhere in the list of devices, and then choose "Reset printing system" from the context menu that appears.
  3. From the Finder, choose go > go to folder. Type /Library/Printers/ , and then click surGo.
  4. The Printers folder opens. Choose Edition > select all to select all the items in the folder.
  5. Choose file > new folder with selection to all the selected items in a new folder named new folder with the elements.
     To save storage space, you can delete the folder new folder with items after you complete the remaining steps.
  6. Follow the steps described in previous section once more.

  If your printing problem is not resolved, contact the manufacturer of the printer to support.

• My hp LaserJet 1022nw fails to analyze the download of the printer driver after that macOS Sierra upgraded.

  'BonjourPSsetup.exe not supported under OS X' I am puzzled.

  To create a roaming network, I added as an express to my Time Capsule airport and doing so changed the name of the network. (Original name was a little too identifiable) now MacBook WiFi can not find the printer, it allows.  (cause he's probably looking for the former name of network). Went to Apple's support for assistance. Found several posts with instructions. All direct me to download the Printer Wizard Hello.  When I do, I get the above error.

  Resolved to my situation. Find the HP original installation disk. Uninstalled and reloaded. Fact

• Stuck "waiting for the printer to be available."

  After initially looking at it's going to print, the printer dialog box displays "waiting for printer to be available" and it's there (even if the printer - inkjet HP series C3800 - is ready).

  Here is what I tried:

  Using the HP utility software on the same computer, I am able to successfully print a test page, which rules out a problem with the printer and its connection to the computer.

  Printing worked normally before moving on to the Sierra. I tried resetting the printing system and add new printer (Sierra recognizes very well). I also tried to run in case disk utility have a permissions problem.

  I'm stumped at this point. Help much appreciated.

  You should be able to reset it in the print window, and then select Save current settings as preset.

• My Macbook Pro shows off my HP printer online after the first use (print or digital). I have to turn the printer off and then on again to print or scan for even once.

  My Macbook Pro running El Capitan 10.11.6 shows my printer HP (envy 110) as offline after a print or scan session. I have to restart the printer each time I use it, and then the Mac it falls again after printing or scanning session.

  I loaded the latest drivers on the Apple site without success. The two are on a wireless home network.
