  If the computer is running in safe mode, then start in safe mode and perform a clean boot to verify if a third party program or service is the cause of the problem.

  d. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.
  e. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box and then click Disable all.

  I know this problem, it s just a bug with media player and the graphics drivers (mainly the media player causes the error it s). Please, if you want to watch something on TV and then playback must be STOPPED BEFORE you from the screen. Once you have changed the screen, enable playback and it should work.

• Satellite A200 screen remains black when you try to start

  Hi all

  My Toshiba Satellite A200 laptop computer no longer works, then everything started when I was playing a game, all of a sudden the screen turned blue with a tiny text written on it. I had to hold the power button for a few seconds to close, because nothing not happening on the computer. Then, I pressed the power button to open it. Everything was fine, until the Welcome screen. In this part, he wrote 'Welcome' but Vista left loading circle of it was not turning.

  After a few seconds, I decided to shut down the computer once again, so I hold the power button for the computer firm. Here's the problem: I tried to re-open it, but the screen remained black. Nothing was happening. The power light is blue, but not all computer activity. So I left it like that a few minutes then it closed and tried again, but it's the same thing.   After the computer is turned off for about 30 minutes, I started and booted in safe mode. At this stage, I have locked my computer with the close button instead on the power button. Then I opened my computer and he started and the problem was solved. Now my laptop is open and working.

  For me, it looks like a bad connection somewhere between the screen and the motherboard.
  This could be possible reason for failure to display while sliding in and out.

Following apps are installed: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Audition, Acrobat Pro XI, Premiere Pro and Media Encoder. I recently did an update through Adobe CC for Photoshop and Illustrator, all the others are up to date.

  I think, but I could be wrong, since this update Photoshop is weird on my laptop. When I run Photoshop, my task manager immediately indicates a rate of 100% of my use of the disk. This seems to be off, after it is fully operational, but when I start to edit a file, the use of the disc immediately breaks back to 100%, while the CPU remains below 10%, RAM stays 3, 5-3, 8 GB (only 60% of total capacity) and even the actual read and write speeds of my HARD drive are not particularly high (5-10 MB max). And because of the use of the disk of 100%, Photoshop freezes in an instant and operating it is almost impossible.

  I already uninstalled Photoshop, passed all services and * that could trigger it in Windows 8.1 (Google search for: 8.1 Windows disk use 100%), re-installed Photoshop and I still have the same problem.

  So, I was wondering if there could be a solution to this problem or if anyone else has this problem as well?

  UPDATE: this error only applies when trying to manipulate, add, change or delete the text. All other functions (unrelated to the text) seem to work fine.

  You can also try resetting Photoshop preferences and increasing the amount of ram available to Photoshop, if troubleshooting doesn't help.

  However, to do this: go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash and do a RIGHT CLICK on the logo that is being charged. THEN: Navigate down until "settings", click it, and you should have the choice: "disable hardware acceleration". NOTE: If you do NOT have this choice, study the icons down quickly: on MY screen, the left-most is an icon that looks like a video monitor: click on it and give you the opportunity to "disable hardware acceleration".

  It works, if you can get it done before you get a BSOD! AND do not take the life of your computer in your hands by updating your video drivers. I do not really recommend doing that!
