screen freezes during the game, flashing white, go to the desktop, then flashes back to the game

I need help to yall! So I had this problem when I play games, once from time to time the screen freezes, flashes white, go to the desktop and then back to the game. Seems to happen more frequently when a lot is happening at the same time during the game. I ran the windows performance test and return these errors

    I think that in this case you must go to an authorized service provider. If the laptop freeze during the BIOS update module ROM needs to be reflashed.

  • I don't like to upgrade Windows XP to Windows 7, because I'm blue screen/crash during the upgrade but the upgrade Windows XP to Windows Vista does not crash during the upgrade!

  • Fort to freeze during the games with Windows 7 64 bit.

    I got Windows 7 64 bit on my machine, with a nvidia gtx260 graphics card, with the most recent driver. (All other materials and drivers listed below in the dxdiag text). Since installing win7, virtually any game I play system will make hard-gel duration indeterminate (sometimes an hour or two, sometimes 2-3 seconds). Everything that is currently on the screen freezes in place, the speakers make a buzzing noise / growling midrange and the system becomes completely insensitive and requires a hard reboot (press the reset button on the case for the power of flash). The system power settings are set on "high performance". Nor my CPU or GPU run hot, both are well within their limits. The system does not generate error messages, it freezes just. Any help would be appreciated!

    Yep, shocking both of these seems to have solved my problem (the front side bus in particular).

    Using some diagnostic software, I reformatted the drive again, loaded XP set up and I had the same problem.

    Thanks for letting us know what you were doing.  Do you have all the necessary drivers after loading Windows XP?  I would not recommend using the default drivers for any hardware - always see what the manufacturer offers on their web page for each component of your system - card motherboard chipset, audio, video, network devices, etc.

    You have a few ongoing issues.

    A system is damaged and must be reinstalled. The hard drive is probably fine, however the data on the hard drive (OS) are not. Run the system recovery and recover your computer in a State of system costs.

    If you were not backup your data, it can be lost.

    What you need to do if you were not backup your data is to remove the hard drive of the computer and add it as a slave on another computer disc. Copy all the important files on the hard drive and save them elsewhere temporarily until you can reinstall the operating system on the HARD drive.

  • Screen stuck during the update

    Believe the computer was turned off during the installation of the updates. It is now stuck at ' Configuring updates 1 3-0% complete. Regardless of what I do, I can't get out of this screen. The circular icon that shows the activity/progress moves in a clockwise direction all the while.

    I left it for hours with absolutely no progress. I turned the machine off & on and off & on in Safe Mode without success. The screen remains the same.

    Restore point:

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

    I recently bought a digital camera Canon T2i with HD video.  I can download the pictures on my laptop HP with Windows Vista very well, however, when I try to upload the MOV files - it freezes in the middle and freezes also the functions of the computer and I have to perform a hard reboot.  I managed to download once out of many attempts, but when I tried to play the video it froze when I double clicked on the file.  Any ideas on what may be the problem?

    Have you tried to insert your memory card into a media
    drive and copy / paste the .mov files into a folder on your
    hard drive.

    Apple QuickTime .mov files require a compatible support
    Player... perhaps the following links will propose a few ideas:

    FWIW... it may be useful to convert .mov files
    to a different format.

    MOV is the format QuickTime from Apple and the
    Software «QuickTime 7 Pro» allows to convert MOV files...
    (this is the commercial version, not freeware)

  • Recently installed last software update. He changed his screen background Photo from black to white. How can I change this back

    ElCapitan update macOS/Sierra tonight.  Photo open.  Wallpaper (behind photos) used to be black, now it is white.  How can I get this back to black?

    I believe the Photos app exactly the same under MacOS Sierra there as it did under OS X El Capitan on the background color.

    The background color is (and was) white when usually browsing photos.  But when you edit a picture, the background color turns black.

    To edit in the Photos under MacOS Sierra app, press the circle button.  (This button is used to say "Change" under OS X El Capitan).  You will then see the black background.

  • SCREEN BLACK DURING THE GAME (SIMS 2)

    I have all the expansion pack for the sims 2 and have played without any problems so far, I have recently received an "itch" to play again after a few months and now I load it and after one or two minutes of play, the game will freeze and then the screen goes black and hangs my computer all, cntrl alt del does not work I have to turn off the freezer. I know I have the right for the game card as I played it for a year or so without any problems, IV ' e read a lot online that many people have had the same problem and cannot find a solution, or at least do not have anyway.

    1. did you of recent changes on the computer?

    2. you receive an error message?

    Method 1

    I suggest that you set the graphics hardware acceleration.

    (a) click Start, click run, type desk.cpl in the Open box, and then click OK.

    (b) in the settings tab, click Advanced.

    (c)T roubleshoot tab.

    (d) move the notches on both Hardware Acceleration slider to the left of full to the setting disable all cursor and advanced drawing accelerations .

    (e) click OK and then click OK again.

    (f) test the game.

    Method 2

    If the previous step fails then I would suggest that you visit the graphics card manufacturer's website to download and install the latest driver for the graphics card, check if it helps.

  • Computer freezes during the update of the BIOS

    I have a hp pavilion dv5-1170ei and he had problems with the audio and the quick launch buttons after the upgrade to Windows 7. I decided to update the bios, because it was the only thing that I had not updated. Now, the computer is frozen with the update of the BIOS still running. I had the same problem with a dv5-1199ei and it worked fine after upgrading the BIOS. Either way, I upgraded from Vista Home premium to Win 7 Ultimate.

    I had the same problem of problem freezing the computer during BIOS update. I have a HP Pavilion DV5 laptop 1126ee. When I update the bios, I don't notice her latest version of the bios installed on my system. I tried several ways of the various positions in the HP support forum. But I couldn't boot my system. Finally I could start my system. find the steps I did: -.

    I first create a crisis recovery HP 2 GB USB key

    downloaded Bios F.16A file on the HP (for HP DV5 1126ee) support site

    Then copied 3602F16. FD AND 3603F16. FD TO USB

    and renamed its copy to 3602.BIN, 3603.BIN, 3602.WPH, 3603.WPH, 3602F16. BIN, 3603F16. BIN. All files in the same USB BIOS.

    Then I unplugged the power and removed the battery.

    Insert USB drive into the system, Hold Windows + B button, plugged in the power and turned on the laptop. When the USB key is charge flashing I took out the key combination. Then I heard a unique single beep (before checking time is 2 + 1 beep and continuous beep). After the shutdown of the system 2-3 minutes automatically. Then I removed the USB and turn on the system. Now my system works perfectly.
