  Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.  I could use a little clarification on your question.  Can you explain the situation in a bit more detail?  What I read, is that when you click the icon for your antivirus it basically does nothing (POP maybe a splash screen but then does not start).  Well, you say you are doing a clean boot.  This could very well be why your antivirus software does not work properly.  Clean boot disable start programs.  If your antivirus has need of one of the elements that has been turned off, which could cause the problem.  I suggest to turn off boot or go through msconfig and find everything that is related to your antivirus and turn them back on.   Make sure that you are logged on the Adobe site, having cookies enabled, clearing your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect, try to use another browser.

  Thank you for your comments. In fact, it is a known problem in the current Runtime Android on the Simulator release BlackBerry 10. It has nothing to do with your application, as this action bar fits into the Runtime Android and not your application. Normally when you section the 'Info' button you will see a screen showing you must use the gesture of back scanning used in applications Android Runtime.
