  I got my toshiba TV to the end of 2009 and have not had any problems until recently.

  While watching my Virgin + box and while on the game console, the screen flickers offshore for a fraction of a second every few seconds.

  This does not happen all by using the TV for a monitor for my PC.

  If the warranty is still valid, I recommend you contact the technician (point of service) in your country to control the TV.

  All you can do is check some settings and connection cable, but that's it.
  Troubleshooting TV is limited and in most cases, these issues need an audit by experts.

  It's not easy to say what is causing the problem, it could be the inverter FL, chip graphic, LCD display...

  In your case, you should first test an external monitor. If the external monitor doesn't work properly, it s a problem with the graphics chip or motherboard. If the monitor does not work this is a problem of the FL inverter or LCD.

  I just bought first elements 14. I bought a subscription to Lynda.com to get up to speed on the program. For several days, the apprenticeship program. So now I'm ready to start editing. I load three videos in the assets of the project. One is a long hours MP4 video which is 6 GB. My system has 8 GB of memory. When I open the video 6 gig in the mower, the video freezes after a few seconds. I tried to put it on the timeline, and it crashes after a few seconds. I cut the long video out completely and tried to edit a three minute video. It freezes every few seconds.

Opened in the window of the mower and began to play the video. It freezes after a few seconds. I'm on Windows 10 64-bit with a processor I7 3.4 ghz. What Miss me?

It will always be displayed, but it forces me to click on it to continue to use it actively. For example, I am not able to type continuously - I type a few words and then have to click the mouse in the program to continue.   Whenever I use the speakers (especially for iTunes and youtube music) they crackle every few seconds. The audio just can't cope with the video. I tried to adjust the speaker settings and download an updated driver (the driver won't download and froze half way through half a dozen times). I don't know what else to try, but I had this particular netbook due to the opinion of speakers and capacity. I think that the problem is most likely related user!

  You can try resetting Internet Explorer as follows: be aware that this will remove bookmarks and saved passwords etc

  You can reset the BIOS with this document by selecting the reload the default BIOS settings. Helping other people.

  Note Remove all USB devices. Disconnect all devices of non-essential, as these can cause some problems.

  Task Mgr shows that toolbarupdateservice.exe is using 99% CPU every few seconds.  Just ran http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx who has not found any problems. ((previously this program did find and remove partially RegCure after I did a search for all the same and deleted)).  I have Norton 360 installed and run virus and cleaning regestry scan whenever I see toolbarupdateservice.exe aspire CPU.

  
  
  So today, Norton 360 or MSFT says security scan found any problems yet CPU runs near overload and toolbarupdateservice.exe seems to be the issue. Need help to find the problem. The system is Pravilian HP 1330n with support for XP, SP3.  Notice if I manully end the process for toolbarupdateservice.exe CPU goes to normal and the system works very well for a few days.
