  I understand that you're considering a desire, but would like to kmow on the update to Windows 10 and if the touch feature would continue to operate.

  As you said it has not officially been released yet and so drivers are still being developed.

  I can tell you that we have an AIO computer with a touchscreen running Windows 10 and the touch screen feature works very well.

  If you choose to update and you have too many difficulties, that you do not have the option to return to Windows 8.1.

  The CD contains an image with OS, drivers, tools, utilities and the whole system was already configured.

  However, I assume that you have a Windows XP.
  On the European driver Toshiba page, you can find all the necessary drivers.

  I checked the drivers for the edition of Windows XP and found
