  I would not recommend to import gb 115 library at once.

  Sorry but I have no explanation for this. I can recommend you to remove the sound card in Device Manager, then restart the unit. After reboot, the sound card must be recognized and installed properly.

  When you reference the Flash card, I assume you mean the utility toshiba Flash Cards. in this case, I would say that you reinstall (i.e., uninstall and then reinstall) relevant Toshiba Value added Package for your laptop model. to locate the relevant Toshiba VAP, visit your regional toshiba driver. This should solve your problem, such as cards Flash requires the installation of files for your Fn + F keys (for example by pressing Fn + F6/F7 fades and lights up the screen), so I think that Vista is looking for solutions as the Fn keys could be involved.   I think that your problem is related to the BIOS.  The 700 series video cards require UEFI in the motherboard instead of a standard BIOS.  HP didn't start using UEFI in its motherboards up to mid-October 2012.  Your computer was released January 25, 2012.  You must contact the card manufacturer to see if they have a VBIOS update which will allow the card to work with your computer.
