I can even see it under the access as a guest, but it will not show upward under a regular connection, so I can't control it how do I get it to show up again?

  Use the Diskpart utility and check if it lists the C drive. Thelist volume command will provide information about each volume in the computer.

  a. Click Start and then click Run.
  b. now, type cmd in the text box and press on enter to open the command prompt.
  c in the command prompt, type diskpart.exe press ENTER.
  d. Enter the following command in the utility diskpart and press ENTER:
  the list volume

  Check if drive C appears in the list.
