• Intranet communication without Exchange

  Hello

  I need to know what is the ideal method to communicate within a small office, as to send emails to users and transfer files locally. We have windows server 2008 with a domain and an environment active directory of users about 20.  Microsoft Exchange is NOT installed. Is there a tool or a service in Windows Server that I can use, if not, what are the applications of third parties that would serve this need.

  Here's my situation. My company has a software product for the office that communicates with a telephone connected via USB. Currently, it is a prerequisite to install the BlackBerry Desktop Manager to be able to use the ability to synchronize our software.

  I have too many Qosmio F50 and you can change the option if, after hibernate or stand-by the account should be locked or not. As far as I know that this can be changed in power management.

  About this window of Event Viewer, I never heard talk about this and my Qosmio F50 works fairly well with Windows 7. You have installed all the drivers for it? You have yellow exclamation marks in Device Manager?

  I also used Windows 7 drivers, but did you download from the Toshiba page? These drivers are pre-tested and normally should work pretty well.

• Lock phone and Bluetooth

  Ok. I have a roadster for my car that I love! My problem, that I am convinced is the phone.
  
  When I hit the button for the command, on the roadster (call) of telephone communications without problem, works fine. If my phone is idle for a certain time, I hit the button on roadster... nothing! I have to turn on the screen of my phone... put in my unlock code, then the voice command of roadster works very well yet.

  Go into the Menu and settings, under Security, you can check the box 'allow Bluetooth bypass' this will allow you to use your roadster, even when your phone is locked.

• iPad/Logitech bluetooth questions

  1. a week old iPad 2 Air (iOS 9.2) and Type of Logitech + cover/keyboard. Set up the iPad, Bluetooth Logitech keyboard and everything was fine. Connected to iTunes and right after... on the iPad, the password lock screen 6 modified (specifically choose temp unforgettable number)

  2. called Apple Support, asked to reset the settings, re - up everything, didn't work, second attempt to restore the settings of network, or lives / versa, then went to configure everything at again and still no luck.

  3. reviewing the Logitech support pages both Apple until my eyes started to bleed and 'nada '!

  4. last attempt with a "fork it attitude" and merely an attempt to connect keyboard JUST to iTunes (as suggested in support of Logitech) and still once, after which follows the steps still not able to link pad keys via Bluetooth. (although in total honesty, never had the time to fully explore iTunes due lack of interest for Windows 8).

  5. a lot of people on the comment for the Logitech support site is complaint of interference of the Wi - Fi just makes that and Support Tech at Logitech States that multiple Wi - Fi could cause this. Close all except iPad and keyboard and no change.

  6. I have two last thoughts, there is a tab that I've set wrong on iPad (doubt since reset) or possible interference with a Comcast Internet connection due to phone, pad, smart tv.

  7. final consideration: Comcast equipment has two network connections, although according to the tech that installed 9 months ago, said that very few things will work on it because it was something to future 'something' catch up.

  Anyone have any ideas?

  Bluetooth is a thing of communication without wire, but at a different wavelength than wifi, so interference should not be a problem.

  What happens when you try to pair the keyboard and iPad? They see each other?

  problem sorting, my password BIOS supervizer was different from the power on password, always when I was promt to password, I put here one for power and he let me go in BUT when I wen in the BIOS, I was not able to access the settings.

  After I set supervisor password good everything works how suppose to.

  Hey, I'm using a fairly new 2401 Kiethley and fall on many issues to work with Labview.  I have the latest drivers appointed '24XX' so I guess these should cover, but they seem to be incompatible.  When I used the initialize function first I kept getting the error "+ 803 not authorized with output".  I finally disabled the query id and reset function and was able to get the communication without the error.  "I can also manually send commands to it outside of labview, but I always send'ON UTP ' first or nothing else works. Anyone know if it's the right driver or why I'm running in trouble with this?

  For anyone interested, my solution to this problem was to ditch GPIB all together and use serial.  I ended up just manually send text commands the unit.  Before something happened I used the initialize vi provided, then immediately sent the command UTP ON\n then just use the commands as needed.

  After a few TAPI, this is my first post here.

  I need to write a simple VI with three buttons on FP: 'Send', 'do not send' and 'Stop '.

  'Stop' execution of termites. 'Send' starts sending that one CAN frame on NI USB CAN every 5 seconds. 'Do not send' suspend the CAN communication without putting an end to the VI.

  I am not able to find a way to "suspend" the CAN in a loop and then to spin again, I tried to use the queues and the structure of the event, but I can't find a solution to this problem.

  I've been searching the net but without success, for example This example is not appropriate because 'stop' does not work when 'pause' is true.

  Can anyone of you please give me any suggestion / link?

  Background: I have a client using ELAU motion system - they record data with records they want to be able to read on a cRIO match with some analog FPGA data (I have digital handshaking going on for this).

  With the help of the library of VI of MOdbus.llb OR communicate with the other system.  I can open the TCP communication without problem and actually get SOME records, but not ALL registry data, I want to read.

  I want to do is read the registers individual operating 330 U16 values.  I know how the data are split to represent different lengths (i.e. most of the data items use 2 records number represent a 32 bit).  I want just to read all of the individual records and analyze the data in another VI to convert it to other data types.

  I provided the .vi MB Ethernet Master Query (poly) with the starting address for the first register, then the amount of 330.  The polymorphic instance selected is "reading record keeping.  The array returned by this VI via 'Holding Registers' is only 74 elements and not requested 330.  I have no exception code and no error in LV.  Is there some intrinsic limit, i.e. the number of Holding Registers that can be read?

  I do not use the (not sure if necessary) MBAP header entry.

  Simple solution once I dug in the series MODBUS/TCP protocol protocol documentation out there via Google.

  History of the modbus function series is the limitation that carried over TCP - the maximum amount of bytes in the pack a data can be only 256 bytes.  So I was limited to approximately 125 ~ records at a time.

  256 bytes is 2048 bits.  The use of the 16-bit registers which gives maximum 128 registers.  I went with 125 followed making easier totals.
