When I turn on my computer I get a message like this: SDTray.exe - systemerror - Rtl150.bpl is missing, the program needs to be reinstalled. What does this meen? How should I do, how can we retrieve this file?

Reinstall Spybot , as SDTray.exe is a part of the program and then uninstall it.

    This brand new computer seems almost worse... in a hit or miss fashion... than any of my previous machines/systems... simple things suddenly seem to take forever or slow down the machine to the point of almost crashed.

    Since the beginning of this machine, I installed the following:

    Firefox (latest version)
    Thunderbird (latest version)
    Trend 'Titanium' program microphone of viruses (since uninstalled)
    Spybot; Search & Destroy 2
    Malwarebytes
    Ad-Aware

    I brought in my previous drive after having scanned files the carefully for any virus / trojan / malware & etc and got reports 'clean' on all of them.

    SDTray.exe is a bottom tray application installed by Safer Networking's SpyBot of, vdie150.bpl is also a file that belongs to this program and normally must be inside his application folder in Program Files

    Follow the following troubleshooting methods:

    Method 1:

    I suggest to put the computer in a clean boot state and then check if it helps. You can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  • Firefox.exe APPCRASH associated ntdll.dll, even after clean install

    Hello, I have problems with Firefox crashes immediately after clicking on its icon.

    Firefox version is 41.0.2.5765, Windows exception code c0000005 (000497e8) the defective module ntdll.dll, version 6.3.9600.18007.

    Safe mode, the profile manager crashes too. I tried to do a fresh install which did not help...
    After that, I deleted my profile files, deleted temporary files, reinstalled Firefox, restarted the PC - problem persists.

    Unfortunately no newspaper is registered by Firefox.exe after the accident (folder/APPDATA/Roaming/Mozilla is empty).
    PC works fine otherwise.

    If the problem has been fixed. For all those who might happen to fall on this post:

    Firefox crash is caused by a problem of compatibility between Anti-Exploit Malwarebytes and Kaspersky Anti-virus. This problem has been resolved already my Malwarebytes sometime there are, but a recent update of Kaspersky AV brought. Can be solved by installing the latest beta version of Malwarebytes (1.08).

    I used LizardTech DjVuBrowserPlugin50.exe on my old XP PC and recently tested on a laptop.
    My new PC has 64-bit Firefox 41 and using 'install module file' produces a message saying
    "This add-on has not been not installed because she seems to be corrupted.

    The answer is to put npdjvu.dll in the Mozilla Firefox plugins directory, then turn it back on. Open the menu (the right hand of the menu bar icon), and then select Add-ons. Scroll to Viewer DjVu Plugin and change the "Application activation" status to "always enable".

    Hello everyone, newbie here with a weird problem. Looooong time FF user and could care less about IE or Chrome. I recently did a backup of my Acer Aspire One with Win7 Starter user, as I have before, to an external and everything seemed fine except when I tried to launch FF, I received a message that the shortcut can not locate "firefox.exe", I want to remove the shortcut? WTH? So I try the search of the entire computer for him and of course he went.     Just before running CCleaner, I did all Windows Updates pending with the exception of one published this week. I always wait a month. I have fixed all issues selected.

    But what I saw was everything about IE11.

    I uninstalled I could FF but I still have the Service of Maintenance of Mozilla installed 29.0.1, if this is of any help to him who can give me help.
