  Method 1 :
  To resolve the problem, you can see if the uninstall and reinstall then the display driver-

  You're talking about on a map of external sound that is connected via USB to the laptop or talk on the Realtek integrated sound card!

• Replace the power supply, computer does not turn on

  I had a Seasonic SS 560 KM power supply for my HP Pav e9280t.  I removed the old power supply while keeping the power cable is plugged in.  Then replaced each power cables one at a time in the new power supply and finally he attached to the tower.

  Now when I try to turn on your computer, it just boots barely upward.  I can hear the fans kick on for a second or two, then everything just stops.

  Since I replaced the cables one at a time I don't think I missed anything; MoBo, Fan of MoBo, 1 optical drive, disk HARD 2 and 1GPU.  The tower is open and I can see the fan, the fan GPU MoBo and PSU fan all hang on one second so that they get the right power?

  I must have missed something or possibly faulty PSU?  Any help will be appreciated.

  Hello Chadow86, it is possible to the new power supply may be faulty. I would check double all the connectors again.

  Since you mentioned the fan to the motherboard, it would not be necessary to unplug the CPU fan when you changed the power supply. The CPU fan power source comes from the motherboard and not directly from the power supply. I don't know what fan on the motherboard you are talking about.

  I watched the specifications and photos of the new power supply. It is a modular design. I would check the cables connected to the power supply to make sure that they are in the correct connectors.

  If the system still does not start, the cause could be a new power supply faulty.

• My hp Pavilion p6230y died. It will not start. The power LED button does not lite.

  The power supply is turned on, and all voltages are correct (measured). The fan turns on when you press the power button and I can feel the rotation of the disk and it's hot. I stripped naked essential system, nothing that the keyboard wireless & mouse, HDMI connector to monitor. I cleaned all the dust from the inside of the computer. I reinstalled the CPU chip. No beeps at all coming from the motherboard. The heatsink is stone cold. I suspect either chip CPU & and/or motherboard. Anyone have any ideas?

  As far as I know that the power button or to be more precise, the margin around the power button should be lit / lighted.

  In my opinion its not serious problem but if there s a problem for you and you are not satisfied with that, I recommend you contact the dealer to replace the unit.

  Ran Iolo System Mechanic and has been able to run the tests in two (2). One of the physical drive and the other to the integrity of the partition. Nothing helps. A ran Norton recovery and found no errors. Performed a chkdsk /r and no mistake. Ran a chkdsk/p and found errors, but was not fixed. Any suggestions about where to start?

  I would like to thank all those who helped in my installation of Windows 8 Preview of consumer. He didn't find any problems of incompatibility with Norton a few months back and HP support said that the hard drive has been ruined, and I had to buy one of them after receiving the disks to install Win 7 again. Instead, I have used Drive Scrubber from Iolo System Mechanic and installed Win 7 perfectly. I'm now back with Windows 8. ALL of you are awseome!

I think that MacDrive caused the problem by making the part Apple Mac of the CD to be the only part that was visible to my system. I uninstalled XPlay 3 and everything works fine now.

  I noticed that the Run-Time context menu (the one you get when you right-click with the mouse) is displayed only if you select one of the tabs or the thin border around the outside, but not anywhere in the tab pane itself? I guess that these context menus are associated with controls only, so when you choose the pane inside the tab control, it does not record the click of the mouse as belonging to the tab control, but the shutter it instead?

  I want to customize this menu and really need to be displayed when the user clicks an area empty screen, which will be the my tab control pane

  Thanks for the vi - It's great to see how to work the other coders workarounds!

  I had been playing with a similar idea since posting my question. I had discovered that paste a single image in the tab pane that filled the tab pane area shows the new behavior similar to what I need. The pasted image provides a context menu that matches that of the tab control. As long as the color of the picture is the same as the tab control, it is effectively invisible to the user.

  P.S. Just to be clear, I don't mean an image control. Just a picture pasted from the Clipboard.

  I have attached the vi for reference, maybe (anyone of NOR?) would like to make comments on this weird behavior of LabVIEW?

• NVIDIA Control Panel does not open

  I just reinstalled Windows 7 on my PC and the NVIDIA Control Panel does not open when I click on the link in the windows control panel.  I installed it by using Windows Update.

  Updates Windows reports that it installed properly but the Panel itself will be open from nt.

  Should I remove it and reinstall again?

  I suggest to uninstall existing NVIDIA Control Panel and restart the computer. Visit the NVIDIA Web site, download and install the drivers manually.

  After installing the drivers, restart the computer and just do a right click on your desktop and watch if the NVIDIA Control Panel whether or not written.
