  The Keychain password is normally the password of the user, unless someone has changed the password. The keychain is installed as part of the operating system.  You can see the article below which covers what Apple recommends for the sale of a computer. The keyboard has a key missing "m", which I think is actually damaged as the laptop is a continuous beep on startup until the keyboard cable is removed.
