  I installed Skype, but there is no icon in the app section.  When I search for it the computer does recognize it as installed or even existing, so I can't uninstall and start again.  Any suggestions?

  The Skype app version was abandoned on July 7.

  The closest thing to it is Skype Translator you can get from the Bank, its either that or use the desktop version.
