  I already deleted database library as suggested by some of the forums, also disabled the media as a feature of Win 7, rebooted and then re-enabled it.  I also disconnected externally and restarted that as well, I'm also the same mistake with a cd in the cd drive as well.

  This error may occur for one of the following reasons:
  The file is currently in use. Close the file and then try again.

  You are not allowed to access the location where the file is stored.

  Follow these steps to grant all permissions in the folder where the files are stored:
  1. right click on the folder on the external drive and click Properties.
  2. in the Properties window, click on Security tab.
  3. now, click Edit , and then click Add.
  4. now, type everyone in the box and click OK.
  5. check the full control box.
  6. click on apply and then click OK.

  You can also try the mentioned below as follows:

  1. click on start.
  2. go in Control Panel.
  3. Select "SOUND".
  4. double-click on speakers.
  5. click on the tab advanced and then uncheck the enable audio enhancements.

  Well, they would probably ask to make a payment or obtain your personal information.

  You can try to report it to the local authority or the Department in charge of fraud in your country.

  Microsoft has none of the unsolicited telephone calls to help you fix your computer

  In this type of scam cybercriminals are calling you and (usually) claim to be of Support technique Microsoft.

  They offer help with your computer problems.

  Once they have earned your trust, they (could) tries to steal and damage your computer with malicious software, including viruses and spyware.

  Although the law enforcement can trace phone numbers, often authors use pay telephones, disposable cell phones or stolen cellular phone numbers.

  It is best to avoid being scammed than trying to repair the damage afterwards.

  Treat all unsolicited sceptically telephone calls.

  Don't provide personal information.

  You can pass it by going to start / Control Panel / Windows updates / click on updates that are available and do a right click on the one you want to see again and click Hide update.  That's all.

  Unless it is a volume license, cat help should be able to reset your activation. If you contact Adobe technical support via chat and ask to reset your activations, then you can go back to have two available if you think you would like the opportunity to install again a backup facility.

  A single user license allows you to have the software installed and enabled on both machines, so unless you have already activated with two machines, you still have available activation.  So without taking any other action, you should be able to install and activate on the new computer.

  I get repeated calls from this phone number 855-805-8326 claiming they are Microsoft and they should have access to my computer, so they can fix the reported problems, they have received.   If you allowed them access to your PC, then it is a problem. I considered reinstalling my OS and change all my passwords. It would also make sense, if you use the online banking etc., to inform your bank that you have a security hole on your PC. This will alert them to anyone using your current password to the Bank etc.
