  How can it be possible with a SELECT statement? Is it possible to assign the following numbers for a group of columns and put it back when it changes? In the above example, all columns are the key to generate the seq number
  
  I know that this can be done using procedures stored and that is how I do it now by introducing a temporary table.

• How to select the photos I want to import in the import Windows 7 Wizard, and how to change their name to a group of the name custom when importing?

  Has features missing from Windows XP in Windows 7?

  I'm doing a simple import of photos using the option 'Import pictures and videos using Windows' native Autoplay.

  In Windows XP, I could choose what images to import and give them all the basic name custom during the import process, with each photo added later with a "001", "002" etc using the scanner and Camera Wizard.  It is very convenient because it could have been hundreds of photos on some of my cards from a long period of shots, I could run the tool more than once for different groups of photos that I would choose Import, and the pictures would be get named sequentially and stored in their files you want immediately.  I imported thousands of photos in this way.

  This new tool for Windows 7 allows me to add tags to all of the photos on the cards and devices and name photos after their date, or on the label, or other combinations of that... but why doesn't this new tool in Windows 7 suppose I want to import every single photo on the card device / I just connect and more that I want them all to have the same tag assigned to them?  It's stupid and useless - there, makes only has pictures of a theme on their card at any time that they connect to import their photos and always wants to import everything each time?

  To illustrate this point, let's look at my current situation.  I'm just on vacation in Europe and took pictures to more than one place, I visited, of course and now I would like to mark photos with the location of the names individually... or even more, I would like to actually name photos when importing with the name of the place in the picture.  Scanner and digital camera Assistant & would do that, no problem - you just had to run the tool once for each different group name, then select the appropriate images to import with the same group name.  It has been easy.  This type of naming is far superior to the addition of tags to images named simple-list or date-wise because you can tell what the image file in your library that you want to open just by going to (or get) the group name.  Want to see pictures of St. Peter's Basilica?  If you named the photos with that (added with 001, 002 etc), then simply browse to that name in your folder of photos «The Italy, holiday 2010»  Without trying to find photos Tags into the sea by the name of "IMG20100324005" - soup and no program Photo Gallery Windows Live Photos or necessary Picasa.

  This new program in Windows 7 for the import of images does not appear to be able to handle the very handy feature of its predecessor Windows XP.  It's very frustrating to have opted for the version of Windows newer and supposed to be 'better' but find several programs that have been very useful for XP have valuable features removed or are no longer present at all (like how Windows 7 is no longer a Clipboard Viewer - that has great idea that is?).

  So is it possible to recover the image import feature I apparently lost by 'redevelopment' of Windows Windows 7?  I could of course go and buy an image import and edition program (Smart Photo Import very nice for the price, a quick search I just do), but as this feature was native in Windows XP it is still stupid to have to buy a 3rd party simply program now because Microsoft does not understand the idea of keeping popular features in their software and seems rather "he dumb down.

  Any help to select the pictures I want to import and naming them when importing with a custom group name using the import wizard would be greatly appreciated... + 10 GB of photos and videos of this trip is sitting & waiting for a solution!

  having an ASA5512x is possible to have anyconnect-dial-in-PC-users asking their IDs AND also a one-time-password

  Whereas smartphone users only need to provide their username and a password without the need to manually select the profile?

  I've set up two groups of tunnel:

  (1) requires an LDAP server for authentication

  (2) is in contact with a RADIUS server running the software One Time Password.

  Is it possible to have the asa affect smartphone users (based on their OS) that it automatically uses the first profile (which has limited access to the resources of the intranet) and Anyconnect-PC-users pinned to the second category of tunnel? Dynamic access policies seem to be able to differentiate only ' in' a tunnel-group.

  I never tried this way, but if it does not (as I suspect) there is a solution:

  1. Point your customers on the two different groups of tunnel with the help of tunnel-group-URL.
  2. Later in the DAP impose that the customer does not use the wrong tunnel-group.

• Selecting the Bézier handles and dragging in increments

  Anyone know if there is a way to select a handful of individual Bézier and moving by increments using the arrow keys on the keyboard, (in a similar way to move a point individual)? For now, I have two handles on different selected adjacent squares and am able to move progressively by using the direct Selection tool and the arrow keys, but I don't know how they came originally to be selected (I discovered that they were accidentally), or how to transfer the selection to another handle. I use CS6. Thank you.

  You can move the handles, but (by the course in Illustrator) in a completely intuitive and generally average usless. See:

  1. ellipse tool: draw an ellipse.

  2. Select > object > guidelines handles.

  3. move with the arrow keys.

  Start now more, but after drawing the ellipse, turn it 45 degrees.

  Then, start on, but after drawing ellipse:

  1 white pointer: select the low anchor point.

  2. click on the Convert button corner Point in the control panel. (The handles of this anchor are retracted).

  3. Select > object > guidelines handles.

  4. push with the right arrow. Shows how moving the cornerPoint handles.

  Now, try this:

  1. instead of an ellipse to draw any irregular shape with smooth and corner points. Make sure that some of the corners have extended handles.

  2. instead of using Select > object > Direction handles, use the white pointer to click on a segment (not on a point).

  3. move with the arrow keys.

  In selection interface bit intuitive and unnecessarily illogical to Illustrator, "selection of a segment" is really choose its associated handles. Sort of.

  You can sometimes use this nonsense for special effects and distortions, but as you can see, it is not at all the behavior you're looking for really.

  Hi, I recently bought a new Hitachi 1 TB internal hard drive. I wanted to do a clean install on the new drive (d), be able to dual boot my computer and leave my old 300 GB disk (C :) as the primary windows installation. After physically installing the new HARD drive, I noticed that "new hardware found" and the the brand name flashed in the bottom right corner. I thought I'd see the new hard drive in my computer, but I did not. I initialized the new HARD drive with the computer management window (right click on my computer - manage) and I also formatted in NTFS (I had to change my printer hard drive letter to assign the new HARD drive with the letter D, but I've made other changes after this step). Now, I could see and use in my main windows on the C: installation. I then installed a windows new copy XP pro with the installation CD I got for my C: but on the D: (Note: I have a Dell computer (and the Dell reinstallation CD) and my current version of windows has SP3 while the installation CD is only SP2) (I also reformatted my HARD drive during the installation of windows to NTFS)

  Now when I try to start on installing the new on my D: I get "Windows did not start because of a configuration of the disk of the computer problem. Could not read the selected boot disk. Check startup disk and hardware access path. "and another line saying to refer to manuals HARD drive and windows.

  My Boot.ini file at this time was:

  I have not yet tried CHKDSK/r, but since I did a clean install on a newly formatted drive... I don't think it would work.

  I've also marked the partition on the D: as active (in computer management), but it did not help me.

  I've done a first installation of windows repair, strangely, I couldn't fix this one... Still does not work...

  My default windows installation yet works very well & I see that windows has been installed on the D: but I'm ideas from how to operate the dual-boot, can someone throw me a BONE on what to do?

  Maybe try to do something with the Boot Manager (whatever it is?) Create a new partition and use it as a boot manager? I don't really want to do this, because if I made a mistake I will be unable to use my computer and dual boot should work without going through all this trouble...   Edit: I also noted that I can't see my new HARD drive in my BIOS... weird... SATA-0 is my old drive HARD 1 and 2 are my dvd 3-5 readers are 'off' and it doesn't seem to be anything that it is plugged in. I also have 4 bays for internal HARD disks. Now, 2 are busy.

  Edit2: I looked inside my case and enabled the good Sata in the Bios after a reboot it detected the drive correctly. Dual boot doesn't always work well... The fact that it was disable in the BIOS while I was installing the new HARD drive could change anything? Hmm...

  In case I wasn't clear enough: I had a windows XP Pro installed on my C:, bought a new hard drive and installed the same copy of windows on it (d). I think that should allow me to double boot between the two installs different. Even if for some reason I can't boot from one on my D:. Andrew, I do not understand why you so far physically disconnect the other drive, the point of the whole operation is to build a boot.ini file so that the BIOS knows that it y facilities 2 windows and you allow to choose (and not have conflicting problems between the 2 systems), someone correct me if I'm wrong? "Expand" the part of my first post made reference to one of the solutions provided by Microsoft in the first link that I have included in my previous post (but I can't seem to work).

It's too tedious (as I intend to move frequently between the 2 installs) and requires a computer to other users of the lack of computer knowledge. Unfortunately, it is not a viable option.

  EDIT: I DID IT! Hmmm... Well, I double checked in the recovery console, the path of the new HARD drive with the arc command Scan. Tried to start again with the MULTI (0) in my boot.ini and it worked... I also had my windows install CD in. Maybe that is why I could not start, windows needs the CD to complete the installation? Weird, I don't know what I did to the difficulty it... but hey, it works! Thanks for your ideas guys!

  What you see is the default behavior in Windows 7.

  As Shawn b. Keene points out in his post on the topic below, it prevents users from changing the extension which can lead to the file will not be opened by the appropriate program. I realize that for a more experienced user like you maybe it's not a problem, but for the average user or novice, this could cause problems.

  As a workaround, it suggests to use the keys Ctrl + A or SHIFT + end immediately after pressing F2. It may not be perfect, but it does not work.

  Hello. In my application, I have a classic report where, in a region, I built a toolbar with three Popup LOVs which interact with the report. Each LOV displays different items and returns the value according to the selected item.

  I use a processor of group and the merger in a process that includes "Store-num" and the "Cust-num" and mergers based on the most common value.

  I have few records store-Num = 42 and a few records store-num = 426. But for the same "Cust-num" for these two stores, store-num ' 426' we replace "42"

  My point is that these documents should not have grouped at all.

  Yes, that's correct. Dates will be converted to a string representation of the date.

  Hi guys,.

  I'm working on an image of polygon which means I have created hundreds and hundreds of small triangles with the path tool.

  Now, I have wondered if it is possible to create two lines of the triangle in hand and close the last third line of triangles in shortcut.

  There may be a shortcut (or almost) to connect the beginning and the end of a path? I know I can do it by clicking on cmd + J, but I first select the points which is more work than simply connecting them to the hand. It would be perfect if there's any way to close it without selecting it first, so that I can do an 'action' out of it with a shortcut!

  Any ideas?

  Yes, myRadio is the name of the group. To get the correct number, which is determined by the order in which the individual radio buttons have been created (which can be different from their position, ordered on the page), you may need to use a bit of trial and error. The first is number 0 and you would increment from one to refer to the following.

• Selection problem.  I imported a piece of vector art: a guy in a t-shirt and jeans.  I want to change the color of the t-shirt but when I "select", the whole picture gets selected including the head, arms and jeans.  How to isolate the t-shirt?

  What happens if you click the fill with the direct Selection tool, and then try?

  Or try to locate T shirt in the layer in the layers palette and select there, then try? You may need to click one or more arrows to look in under/groups/cutting masks / whatever.

  I know that I am able to do this in photoshop. Select an object, lets say a group of letters just by ctrl clicking on the thumbnail of the layer, then put another layer of more selected a group of letters, then go on the other layer (not the Group of letters) and pressing DELETE. • Groups and permissions of the user is added to the local disk post-conversion?

  We currently have a security policy with our Windows servers requiring admins to remove unnecessary security groups and users on the local disks. Basically, the SYSTEM and administrators retain full control, but all other users and groups are deleted for security reasons. We find that during a P2V conversion/clone servers, security groups and users are added to the readers of these new virtual machines (see screenshots below):

  Security before and after conversion. Could this be a function of the sysprep post-conversion tasks that work?

  Until now, we thought that, apart from the usual physical changes inherent to a clone, security remains unchanged. We follow best practices for conversion of these machines (running this as a local administrator account, run this converter installed on the machine, by stopping services as much as possible and so on).

  You can compare it to a system where you don't resize volumes, but all other factors are the same?

  If you reduce the size of a hard disk volume during the conversion, it will make a copy of file by file from the source to the destination devices.  We may have to add permissions for the conversion process, but I don't know if it is real.

  If you maintain or increase the size of the hard drive, it is a clone of block level which should be a bit-by-bit copy the source system.
