Send a picture in e-mail...

Hello

I use JDE v4.3 and specifically target the BlackBerry Curve models.

My requirement is to send a picture in e-mail...

that is, when the user opens the application, there should be an option of camara and it should be able to take a photo and send it immediately to an e-mail address (I can access the camera until now..)

I am quite new to the BlackBerry development, can anyone so suggest some ideas to achieve this feature?

Thank you...

Anyway thanks for your reply...

Finally I solved it... I'm also not sure what the reason was. However, I removed all my network connections and protection disabled antivirus and firewall. And it worked. But what is important after that I enabled all the stuff and tried. This time, he continued to work...

What e-mail program? I see two easy options.

1: Open the folder with the pix. Select one and then Ctrl + A will highlight all. Right click and drag them to the body of the e-mail message and copy here box. Who should attach if you use an e-mail client.

2: right-click on the folder with the pix and send to | Compressed (zipped) folder and attach that.

Note that your mail server has a size limit for the size of the message which the \pix can be a problem. If this is the case, use a site to download like Photobucket and provide the link. Let the recipient download them.

  • Can't send pictures by e-mail all of a sudden?

When you try to send pictures by e-mail, to "make pictures smaller" is not an option any longer.  I used hilight the photos I want to send, then the dialog box with this option will appear in the left corner.  It no longer appears?  Now when I try to send pictures it just gets locked up in my Outbox (outlook express 6) and I have to delte out of the Outbox.  I recently installed upgrading Quickbooks 2011 Quickbooks 2008.  I don't see how it would affect my pictures?

Thank you for all the ideas.

Maybe by running the following command will
    restore the option of resizing...

Reach... Start / run... and type
    (or copy and paste):

    regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll

(Yes, the space after the 2 and the)
    After the i is necessary)

    Press on... Come in...

You should see a dialog box stating:
DllRegisterServer and DllInstall in successful shimgvw.dll

Also... There is a reg file to what follows a link that
    may be worth a try:

(FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
Restore point before editing the registry)

I can no longer send you pictures via my Panasonic Lumix program or the range of file photos.  I can via Windows Live Mail but it is tedious to do.  The problem started when I change my ISP AOL to Comcast (I think).  When I try to do as I have always done in the past, I get this message:

Here is the message I get:
The message could not be sent. The authentication setting are may not be wrong for your e-mail [SMTP] Server outgoing. To resolve this issue, go to help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail" and read the section "I have problems sending e-mail". Using Outlook Express? Outlook Express is one of the specialties of Bruce Hagen.

Do you know if your photos have been received? If this is not the case, ask the recipient. You can get situations where the message is sent, but it is not moved from the Outbox to the sent items folder. When you send a message without attachment is that it moved from the Outbox to the sent items folder?

You may experience mail box size limits imposed by internet service providers. This problem often arises with incoming mail where the mailbox fills up you sychronisé (sending / receiving) to empty the mailbox. With the reverse situation, namely sending, you will see the mail you send (returned) bounce until the mailbox which is held by the recipient is empty to allow sufficient capacity to accommodate your message.

Another problem is the size limit imposed by e-mail programs preventing messages with attachments above a size specified is sent. When the files as attachments can help. You can also break apart messages. You should avoid to send messages with multiple attachments.

    Hi cyasetoud,

It really depends on the email client you are using, but attaching a file is usually a fairly simple operation. For example, many use a paperclip for attachments icon. Please see the help for your e-mail application for more information about the attachment of files.

How can I send a picture from my office to my phonw cell, I don't know if an application exists which allows me to do, or how can I transfer the photo on my phone memory card? Ideas:

    • You have problems with programs
    • Error messages
    • Recent changes to your computer
    • What you have already tried to solve the problem

If you do not have e-mail from your wireless provider, or they do not allow attachments sent from a computer, just to get a SD memory card reader. Stick the card in the reader. Plug it into a USB port and drag the pix on him. Works just like a flash drive.

That will never fly. Server size limits vary most between 10 ~ 50MB. Gmail is 25 MB.

Download the image to a site like Photobucket or SkyDrive and just the link by e-mail.
