Try this procedure below it can help you!
(1) open Internet Explorer, and you will probably get a message "Poxy server is not responding.
(2) If this is the case, go to "Tools" in the toolbar of browser select 'Internet Options'.

3) click on 'network settings' at the bottom of the section.
(4) if the "Proxy Server" box is marked with a check, click to uncheck.

Whenever I send an email error message box comes up (with no message displayed)
Whenever I send an email error message box comes up (with no message) and the email is sent to the Outbox, even if the email is actually sent and received by the addressee. Enamel and then continually gets sent unless I have delete the email from the Outbox file. Anyone know why this is happening and what can be done to remedy this? It's frustrating because I don't get a copy of the email in my file sent as back up.
CrystalBall told you use Outlook Express. Fix? You have corruption of dbx files.
Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and then create new folders to send and sent items box after having moved the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.
Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.
In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.
With OE closed, find the DBX files for the items in the Outbox and sent and delete them. New ones will be created automatically when you open OE.
After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.
Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.
General precautions for Outlook Express:
Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

When I send an email-error message says cannot save in the folder
do not save my emails sent in the sent folder. When I click on send a new email... I get an error message that says: it can not save to the sent folder. Just started using TB yesterday.
I have a similar problem, except that my progress bar never stops. The last thing I should read is message saved in the sent folder. If I close the window, the message does not appear in the sent folder. I must tell you that I've been using Thunderbird for several years now. Since yesterday, it was working fine. Now it isn't and that left me scratching my head.

Unless it is your own domain name, you don't have the account set correctly.

Such unsolicited telephone calls are almost always a common scam. Do not let them give any info, do not give access to your PC, not give them all the money and do not go to all the websites that they suggest. One moment.

Have you contacted TalkTalk support? It seems strange that they would consider allowing you to send messages from another server through their. -
I received a call from the microsoft agent to 'fix' my error messages.
Just got a call from a third party claiming that my computer sends so many error messages to microsoft it may crash. I'm asked to login so that they can point out to me. They refuse to give a number to call back. Said they are hired by microsoft to do this work. Sounds like this is a scam. Anyone can confirm Yes or not?

I send a newsletter every week to 3 different mailing lists. (my address is on the first list).
Today I have not received any error message. The folder contained copies of confirmation sent. Nobody has received a copy.

Suggestions?You do not need to use and should not use Bcc: in mail merge. Each message is sent to a single consignee. Because this message is only there is no point or value to hide the recipients. If you use just for:. Your attempt to CSV file sounds is better suited, but it can be very picky about the structure of CSV files, using quotes to include spaces and so on.
I have no real use for the mail merge myself so can't talk about its usefulness or performance. When I tried even small shipments to some of my own email addresses, it seemed a bit fragile and prone to stop and get stuck, leaving you with no idea claire of which messages were sent, which was to be retried.
Mail merge in office suite open office / free seems to work better.

Have been using Thunderbird with no problems until last week - internet provider suggests a problem at our end, rather than their server but I do not know...

The message is from the server. Your email provider should be able to say why they have you marked as "prohibited".
