Service centres in France

Hello
The site Toshiba.fr lists

SATELEC-ETEC
50 the estuary Z.A.
21 avenue stone Valley 50220 POILLEY

The service centre for the Department 50, but the Web site for them is dead
and another company is now at this address.
A check with Google shows that Satelec-Etec was liquidated in 2011?
Is there an updated list of French service centres?

Thank you

  • "Windows services Centre" call by saying that I have a problem with my internal security system

    Hello

I received a phone call from 'Windows Service Centre', James Henderson, employee of 406-235-1159, phone number #7098 (Yes, that's an indication 406 and 416 - which is one of the reasons why I'm suspicious), but gave a speech in Mississauga (Ontario), saying that I have a problem with my internal security system and even if www.ammyy.com I need to talk to the technician to solve this problem. I do not trust him and hang up, but called the number, responded to the same person (as he had an Indian accent with a lisp in addition to this) and he said that Joseph and not James!
    Scam or what? Thank you

It is a scam! Who is becoming extremely common and was even on the news in some places. As long as you don't give them any personal information, you should be fine. Should they call once again, simply hang up.

See the recent thread below for more information; Shenan Stanley and the spirit of the messages contain very useful information:

Can you let me know if there is a place called Windows Service Centre in Sydney Australia.  They also ask to connect to teamviewer.com and a gentleman there called me after I had sent an email to complain about not receiving my payment.  The man said there is a scam going and they use his company called teamviewer.com

  • Where is the caculator HP service centre in Hong Kong

I live in Hong Kong. Nobody knows the address and the name of the Service Center in Hong Kong. My computer can not be turn on. I still many calculation programs in 32SII calculator. How can I do?

    Paul Tang

    Hello

You can try the phone number for the HK support during office hours here:

    https://h22207.www2.HP.com/HK-en/contact-HP/product/HP+32sII+scientific+calculator/model/32SII#

Or click the E-mail here and enter details of your country and the calculator here:

    https://h22207.www2.HP.com/us-en/contact-HP/product/HP+32sII+scientific+calculator/model/32SII#

However, it is an older model that is no longer manufactured and HP is perhaps not able to provide support for it.

I recommend that written copies of programs are held for these calculators.

The problem may be the contact with the keyboard inside the calculator located under the screen. Press slightly below the screen and above the first row of keys, pressing the key ONE.

See a repair for the 32sII here:

Someone temporary solution without opening the calculator (you can then write down the programs before proceeding with the repair):

  • BlackBerry Q10 not get my BB Q10 works properly same Swapped twice with the new feature of Service Centre

These questions have the same reason. Some processes constantly using CPU devices. What makes the battery draining fast, call very slow etc.

Be aware, the process or the app is slowing down your phone.

Go to settings > App Manager > Device Monitor. Click on "CPU". Check that either the app uses the CPU more (this is top of the list).

Additionally, make sure that you uninstall unnecessary applications.

As a test, you can also delete the Google account and see if the phone calls are still slow. If this is not the case, there is something wrong with your data to Google.

It's what warranties are for. If you bought the phone from Apple or an Apple authorized reseller, iPhone, you have 14 days to return it for a refund. After that the Bank should replace the phone. If you did not buy from Apple or a shop authorized, you must respect the terms of this store. However, Apple will always replace the phone, if you contact them directly.

  • India: Slow service by motorola

I am Abhishek Rathore. I am owner of Moto X 1st generation. The screen of this phone broke and I gave it to service authorized to Magne Road, Center Jaipur. The estimated cost of repairs was around Rs.8500 and I was willing to pay for it. The date I gave the phone to the repair center was March 12, 2015. The person at the centre of service assured me that I will have my phone back with 5 days or less than a week. I made a call to the Service Center after a week and asked if my phone was ready, but they refused and asked for 2-3 days more, given that the screen has not yet received by them. This whole scenario suite for about 25 days. Whenever I called, they asked for an additional 2-3 days. During these 25 days, I was without any smartphone and I made about 20 calls and many emails to Motorola on the subject. It's a kind of moral harassment to me. Finally, on 9 April, I received an e-mail from Motorola assuring me that I will get my phone back on April 20. It was written in the mail that I can collect my phone April 20 of the service centre.

Now April 20, I reached the service center and asked for the phone. It was still not repaired after about 40 days. The person at the centre of service asked me to wait 1 more week! He was not so sure just exactly when will I receive my phone.

Wasn't she! During these 40 days, I once tried contact Motorola Motorola online chat service. The Executive branch of the customer on the other side asked the IMEI code of the phone. I gave them and he said that this IMEI code is not correct or is not given to the Service Center!

It was really a bad experience and in my opinion, no one should buy Motorola products since the service is very slow and poor (although the products are great).

I have attached a copy of the email I got and also the cat made with customer of Motorola.

Call customer service and ask them to transfer the call to a higher authority as regional head of n services sales of Motorola or post them. Motorola service network is really low in India, even if they sell millions of handsets. Even if you want to approach consumer forum, much of his time and you need to have a lot of patience and tolerance limit to wait for the results
