Setting the time on a wrt160nl

The status page of my wrt160nl currently appears as 'not available '. Since the timestamps on the storage, I guess that when I put in place last week it thought it was 00: 00 January 1, 2009. I have configured the zone but cannot find any mode of setting time (or date), and there is nothing in the manual. Anyone know how the weather is supposed to be put in place? I guess this is supposed to know the time, otherwise access restrictions do not work. Is it supposed to be looking for a server of time somewhere?

Thanks for your help - I think I found the problem. I use the WRT160nl as a media server, switch 4 ports and wireless access; It seems that it seems that for the moment on its 'internet' port, not on the default gateway on the local network (which is where I had assumed he would go as he knows this is where the internet is in fact). So I have now done a messy reconfiguration that is the default gateway on the 'internet' port and he seems to have found as if by magic time. Is not ideal, but it seems to work. Life would be much easier if you could telnet on the thing and know what is really happening...

    Thank you, James.

This isn't a time zone. It's the time protocol Server network that sets the time automatically. He is indifferent to the zone that can be set manually or by location.

Just bought HP Envy 7640.  Initial Setup gave me twice the choice.  Both were wrong, so I chose the closest.  Now I can't understand how to set the correct time.  Tried to follow the instructions in another post for a 7610.  As I am new to HP printers, I could not understand or follow the instructions on the other post.  It says something about the integrated Web server, which means nothing to me.

  • Is it possible to set the time on a device in real time so that the time will persist when the device is not powered?

It seems that you can not set the time on a device sbRIO (9606) and have always the exact time when the card is powered after not being fed for a while.  I have a product which will be independent (not connected to a network) when it is supplied by the customer.  I would like to collect data in a datalog and would like to put a timestamp somewhere so that I can understand when these data were collected.  If I can't get an exact date/time, then the next best solution would be to set up my datalogs so that I can at least understand the exact order in which they were collected.  (I think I can understand it without much problem)    Any suggestions as to best practices?

    Hey John,

Without connected VBat time will not be preserved between periods of closure. Unfortunately for the 9605 and 9606 we have not a way to date the connector 9693 VBat.

How much sbRIOs you plan to deploy with your system?  9623 and 9626 have a compartment for the RTC. If you haven't bought your sbRIOs already you could focus on the options of the form always match.

If it is necessary to have retention time between stops, we would need to understand the extent of your application more.

How can I set the time axis on my waveform table to show run time that is to say whenever I start the program I should have 0 as the starting point. I've been messing around with the without success. I'm under Labview 2012.

Its pretty normal for a beginner to take the time to write code. Right-click the map of waveform > Create > property node > historical data, you will get a property node, keep this at the beginning of the code and create a constant. You can also go to the VI properties and > run and select "clear indicators when it is called.

I recommend you to go through the basic materials of LabVIEW which will give you an understanding on the basics of bases/components of LabVIEW.

    Hello jerrylumpe

    1. If you use an old mouse, try to clean it.

    2. you can have a running process in the background that keeps XP thinking that he is busy and so the screen standby does not start.
Go to msconfig and uncheck everything you don't need, then see if the screensaver will kick in.

    Start/run and type
    Msconfig
    Ok

    Startup tab
Keep the page open then click on the link below. It will tell you what are all the entries and see if you can disable them or not

    http://www.SysInfo.org/STARTUPINFO.html

Read the key at the foot of the page, then click on "Here" at the top. Use the search box to check all your entries

    Try this too

Line 51 left side. Click on "toggle".

It could be that something is resetting the timer. For example, it does take much vibration to move the mouse a little, and which will reset the timer to zero. Something like that would be possible? Or a pet that walks on the keyboard?

If you mean the customer of email Windows Live Mail, the time stamp on messages is governed by your time zonesystem. Right-click on the clock in the lower right of the screen and select CONFIGURATION... Change your time zone, and then set your clock at the present time.

If you are talking about the Windows Live Hotmail service, the time zone (s) used are those contained in your account data. Reach
    https://account.live.com/EditProf.aspx
and change the time zones for the good...

Windows Live programs and services have their own forums for support at the Windows Live Solution Center. Please address any questions you may have about Windows Live Mail to one of the forums on the right side of this page. For Hotmail, forums and responses are available via this page.
