Setting up voicemail on 9000 blackBerry Smartphones

I have VM configuration on AT & T service, but how do I install my 9000 to have my phone # and the password entered automatically when you access VM AT & T when I hit and hold 1 on the 9000.

Hi and welcome to the forums!

Hit the green keys of key options, menu, go to voicemail. Type your number as your voicemail password.

Pressing the speed dial 1, now dial you the voicemail message and have your entered password.

Thank you

  • Problems after update "BOLD" 9000 blackBerry Smartphones

After update BB Bold 9000 to V5.00.681

    Bundle 1137

Platform 52.064, there are no Applications available in the application launcher (DM Version 6.0.1.18 on Windows 7). The Smartphone works very well but unfortunately Memopad and ToDo is missing. As part of the Planer DM, these two applications are marked as not installed. Please help me how to install these applications. In the application launcher, there is ONLY "Blackberry App World"

    Hello

Try the following.  Download the operating system of your carrier's Web site and install it on your computer.  You can do this by selecting your operator from the list here: http://us.blackberry.com/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp

Once you've done that, see if necessary applications will appear in the desktop software.  If this isn't the case, then there is another method which should work.  Just to be sure, make sure you back up your first device using Desktop software first.

On your computer, go to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\Apploader and run the Loader.exe file.  (Note: on computers 32 bit, should no (x 86) in the Program Files folder because the Program Files folder).

Once you start the Loader.exe file, simply follow the steps until you get to the point where you can select the applications.  Now you should see the option to check the Documents To Go, notebook and any other software that has not been installed.  Once you have all the apps you want enabled, simply press next (note: leave everything that is checked as checked, unless you want to uninstall).  This should now load the applications on your BlackBerry while keeping the rest of your BlackBerry file system.

    I hope this info helps!

  • BlackBerry Bold 9000 Blackberry Smartphones - could not load any software and unable to use the phone

    Hello

I have a blackberry bold 9000 and has been updated from the last app on this subject yesterday. Due to the low battrey my laptop turns off until the software has been installed to prperly. I tried the following:

    (1) to take the battrey and turn on the phone and tried to load the software again but that doesn't seem to work because the software does not recognize my phone it says unknown device.

    (2) I tried to use the option of updating the Web site, but also, which doesn't seem to work

The display shows the following message appears when turned on.

    The application's permissions:

The driving security application tries to access the information from the phone. I can't move the trackball on the appropriate option.

Not really sure if there is a way to solve this problem.

Help will be very appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    (1) make sure that you have Blackberry Desktop Manager installed.
    http://NA.BlackBerry.com/eng/services/desktop/
    (2) on your PC, go to start > run and copy and paste the following line exactly (i.e. with quotation marks):

    'c:\program files\common research in motion\apploader\loader.exe' /nojvm

    (3) the Application Loader Wizard will appear - click on "next".
    (4) in the ' connection: ' drop-down menu, you should see "USB - PIN: UNKNOWN". Click on the button "next".
    (5) you should see a list of applications ready to be installed for your Blackberry. Press Next and finish, and that you are well on your way to get your Blackberry to life.

Just unplug and let the process finish completely.

NOTE: If you do not display the list of applications mentioned in step 5 and instead to see the message "the Blackberry Desktop Software has no Blackberry Device Software for the device you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator', then you must download the Blackberry operating system for your support and your device.
    http://www.BlackBerryFAQ.com/index.php/BlackBerry_Operating_System_Downloads
Just select the appropriate type of carrier and network, select your Blackberry model from the list and download the latest version. Install this download and follow the steps above again and you should be on the right track.

  • BlackBerry Bold 9000 BlackBerry Smartphones - adding a folder to the home page for each e-mail address

I have four e-mail addresses on my BlackBerry.  On the desktop, I have a folder in the form of an envelope that says 'Messages' and in which are all messages to all my email addresses are placed.  I have another folder in the form of an envelope with a small globe below showing one of my email addresses, and it includes the messages that came to this address.  Before I had my BlackBerry repaired, I got "mail" general plus four separate files with small globes on them for each of my email addresses.  Please, can someone tell me how to recover these other records yet?

Go to Setup email. As soon as it opens, press the menu key and select Return Service books.

  • BlackBerry Bold 9000 Blackberry Smartphones: What runs in the background?

I wanted to know if anyone knew which is always running in the background on the "BOLD".  When I start my "BOLD" in the morning, I check the memory and it shows that there are 26 MB available.  Now as the day progresses, I check it and it's way down to 6 to 8 MB.  I only check my emails and Twitter several times during the day and once I finished, I make sure that Twitter is closed and only shows do not in my launch as still running.  Anyone can shed some light on this?

Then, no matter who never installed a hybrid OS www.bbhybrids.net?  These hybrids, I understand, are expected to take less space on your memory flash (128 on the "BOLD" for OS) and run a heck everything a lot faster.  Is true and will be OK to do?  In addition, what the app "shrink a BONE" bbhybrids.net offers?  Anyone done this?  It work?

    Thank you!

Oh, and your memory, from 26 MB to 6-8 mb during the day could be dependent on other issues, you may have other applications and UberTwitter. Even leaving it keep a little a lot of data and cache in the app that does not release before that happen a battery pull. Same thing with some other applications like Pandora and BerryWeather and many others. The BlackBerry browser too.

  • Reprogramming BB Bold 9000 blackBerry smartphones - Possible or not?

Bought BB Bold 9000 from Etisalat in Abu Dhabi, UNITED Arab Emirates. Try to use the other local cards report 'invalid sim card SIM' and Etisalat brand still appears on the screen to turn on device. If peripheral can be reprogrammed to accept local SIM cards, for example Telcel, Nextel or another local provider to the Mexico (and lose the Etisalat brand that seems to be wired)? Appreciate advice or direction. Thank you.

Yes, you must have the device "unlocked" for other carriers. Read this link:

No, the flash start screen is hardcoded for the firmware. Change the operating system on the device or have "unlocked" by the foregoing will not change this screen.

  • My blackberry 9000 blackBerry smartphones is not recognize the lowercase 'i '.

I have a strange problem with my BB 9000, which began within the last week.

When I am text input in any area as the lowercase 'i' is displayed without the dot at the top, is having the effect of making the search for contacts etc very difficult..

For example, if I'm in the address book and then type it in the ' if ' says that there are no contacts.  I know that there is!  However, if I type in "IF" using capital letters I it works very well and finds all contacts with "If" at the beginning as you expect.

When I enter text in a message again box for this, do not put not the point above the i.

If I get an email manually address that includes a lowercase "i" I get a non distributable error return, with the 'i' replaced by a '? '.

I tried to change fonts, but this has no effect.  I also searched the kbase but not found anything.  Any suggestions gratefully received.

I had this problem, in my case the input language was incorrectly.

  • BlackBerry Bold 9000 BlackBerry Smartphones shows is not my card place in instant messaging

Hi everyone, I need help solve a problem I have when someone sends me their place via instant messaging.  When I receive, instead of a graphic of a map, I get a ling or a URL if you want to.  I then have to click on the URL that takes me to the web browser, and there I see the map and the locationn.

Anyone know how to solve this problem.  I would like to see the chart of a card inside my instant messaging and not a link I must follow.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

    Thank you.

    Yes, everything that is wrong.

BlackBerry Maps is not AT & T Nav. Two different applications.

Maps of at & T or AT & T Nav is simply a rebranded TeleNav application.

BlackBerryMessenger sends "My position" via BlackBerry Maps. You must have BlackBerry Maps installed.

  • My "BOLD" 9000 blackBerry smartphones freeze when changing clock (calendar event or the clock itself)

    Hello

I have a small problem that appeared a few weeks ago (I completely reinstalled my newer OS (available), whenever I try to change the time of an event (calendar) or if I try to change the clock (i've got sometimes large difference between the actual time and the automatic), the phone freeze (I can hear the sound of 'click' of the trackball but nothing happen... I have to 'disable' and when it is to say "app error" something)) on the "clock" Module)

What is the problem? How to solve this problem?

Thanks to all those who can help you

Do you use the calendar on your device for appointments and others?

I saw a similar question like this from another user. When he cleared his calendar data, clock and alarm options began to work properly.

So I recommend a backup of the device and clear the calendar.

    Use Desktop Manager to save.

Then, in the Desktop Manager > device > data delete > delete the Calendar database and complete the guests. When you are finished, remove the BlackBerry from the USB and try to use the clock in the way in which he hang himself before.

    A little luck?
